The staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the comforts I needed. The location was also perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful. It truly made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Everything is fine but they are not providing any sanitary napkins … in case of emergency we should have to find other options or to buy a napkins…. If a solo woman is staying there if she needs a napkin with an emergency she have to go outside or buy online… so try to include 1 or 2 napkin on the washrooms…

Our stay at The Manor by JA was genuinely very good! We honestly didn’t have any expectations, but the hotel turned out to be lovely. The room felt fresh, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I tried the in-room dining and was pleasantly surprised - the club sandwich was really good! The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and a spa, which adds a relaxing touch to the stay. Just next to the property, there are a few groceries and cafes, which is super convenient. Overall, a great place to stay - comfortable, clean, and with a few unexpected perks.

Loved the room so much and also the hallway to the room! It didn’t fit in with the rest of the hotel in my opinion, felt like 5 star hotel. The cleaning team were AMAZING!! Would come everyday and even on days where I didn’t want it cleaned the staff would still offer amenities.

The pool area was horrific, it’s 2025! All they need is some new furniture and that pool area would be so much nicer. The furniture up there was so dirty I didn’t even feel comfortable hanging out around the pool. After a few days there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and no matter what I sprayed the smell still lingered.

Best over all in the area.

Cleaning up in the morning is very loud. So sleep early.

It's a modern hotel perfect for relaxation, offering a peaceful escape far from any noise. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help, especially the front office team. A special thanks to Anish and Stanley for their collaboration. Whenever I call or walk in, they always do their best to assist. Keep it up, guys! I really appreciate that even when fully booked, they still try to make the customer feel valued instead of just saying 'we're fully booked.' They prefer to say, 'we're fully booked, however, let me check if I can do something for you.' Even if they know there's no available room, it helps the guest feel good that they at least tried. Also, there's an Egyptian gentleman in the restaurant (my apologies, I forgot his name) who always greets you with a smile in the morning. For such early hours, not everyone can manage that, but he does it effortlessly. Keep it up! A morning smile is something everyone loves to see.

- Pool closes when the life guard takes his break in peak sunshine hours. Never heard of a hotel not letting you stay at the pool alone as an adult. Maybe it’s a UAE thing. It’s only for 30 min not end of the world, just annoying.

I had a very good staying experience with the hotel. The room size was awesome. The hotel is very much clean. The lobby is very nice and the staff were something else. I was assisted with my reservation and helped by Mr. JASPREET MUKAR. He supported me big time with adjusting my reservation. Big thanks to him

If they have king size bed instead of connecting 2 separated beds that will be amazing.
