When I got to the hotel, I was presently surprised. The location was great and the staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed the amenities and the room was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Dubai because it is centrally located and close to all attractions. Also, the walking area was fantastic. Thank you for a pleasant stay and will probably stay at this facility again. It deserves more than two stars also

The breakfast on the first couple of days was very limited, and some of the food was cold, however, on the weekend - the breakfast was exceptional. Also, there was no in room refrigerator or microwave and that should be included in the "deluxe" room

The room was spacious overlooking the golf course which was really nice. The staff was very courteous and responded timely to all requirements. Overall it was a lovely experience to stay at the Ranches Golf Club as it did not feel like a hotel, more like a comfortable home environment.

The Golf Hotel is a green heaven located close to two major Dubai attractions: the Miracle Garden and the Global Village. The restaurant is great, the staff is polite and helpful. The golf course is extensive and pleasant, partially early mornings and evenings.

The golf course manager could have been more professional in terms of accompanying new golfers: I was told in the evening that I can join another golfer in the morning and then when I came at 6:00 in the morning I was told that this is not their policy. I suggest a brochure is produced for new golfers to explain in accessible language the general policies and available options.

Location is wonderful if you are a golfer. And the Team is amazing and very helpful. Food is delicious, although breakfast during the week was a bit disappointing. But made up by service!

Sleeping at the Golfview side above the terrace of Maison Mathis during the weekend is not nice - too much noise. Maybe changing the windows would be an option as the view is stunning!

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds & pillows. Good location for visiting family in the Ranches. Nice restaurant on site.

Our room was above the restaurant which was noisy at night until late. We did however ask to move to the other side of the hotel which was arranged.

I think we complained that our room was loud because of the restaurant below our room last time we were there. Happy to say we had a much quieter room and a lovely stay this time around. We stayed two nights and, for the price, it is a great deal. We didn’t golf, but the restaurants around the place are tasty and fairly affordable.

There was a hair on the dressing gown, which was a bit gross. We put the gown on the floor to be washed and hopefully it will be. It did not really effect our stay and we are likely to stay again.

I did not try the breakfast. Facilities were great. People were nice. Room was perfect, no issues.

Seems someone was smoking nearby my bedroom. A little noisy in corridor and outside my window (parking lot). I was expecting an on-site gym.

The 24-hour desk was a big deal for us - our flight arrived in after midnight & it was great to have Phillip at the desk and assisting our check-in. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the view over the golf course was outstanding.

Nothing, it was as we expected and perfect for our purpose.

I have stayed at the golf club many times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are not luxurious but more than adequate and the location is perfect for my needs. Some rooms overlook the golf course which is a lovely view but a bit noisy overlooking a restaurant, others (which are quieter) overlook the car park. Beds are king size and very comfortable, so are the pillows. Food in the restaurant has improved very much and now has a good choice and cooked well.

DIsappointed to see the minibar has gone and also no daily newspaper. Apart from that, all's good.

Rooms are spacious although a little dated. Could do with a renovation but very spacious and comfortable.
