The location is perfect and the price is fair.

- Some unpleasant smells in the toilet. - Shower hot water is unstable,, it flows warm then suddenly change to cold then warm again.

Checked-in Date: 18 Oct 2024 Checked-out Date 24 Oct 2024 Having stayed and being satisfied with Ibis budget hotels at some other locations; our choice of this hotel didn't disappoint us. Two Points I consider worth the mention: (1). the hotel is just opposite the International City Bus Station (starting point / last stop); (2). we saved a good amount of money on water (we consume a lot!), as it was served free, in whatever quantity one needed. (Only the other hotel we got this facility was Ibis, Jakarta airport.) We didn't try their food, as for us, the menu was costly. We opted for Indian food at the Dragon Mart, just across the road. The room had everything a standard budget hotel provides - TV (we never use it anywhere, so no comments on channels), fridge, safe, wardrobe etc. Though we didn't get the room of our choice, perhaps due to the mismatch between demand and availability, we enjoyed our six-night stay. Wholeheartedly recommended. One suggestion: In keeping with time, this property should provide a couple of USB points to charge mobile phones and laptops.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The environment is very calm and peaceful — ideal for working or relaxing after a long day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. One of the best parts is the location. Everything you might need — restaurants, cafes, shops, and convenience stores — is just a short walk away. It's also suitable for families, as the hotel is quiet and well-maintained. Highly recommended whether you're traveling for business or leisure.

The check-in experience was flawless and smooth, VAMSI at the reception assigned me with a room that I wanted and it was good. My colleague was checking in a little late in the evening and even during her check in he didn't let us wait in the queue making the whole experience smooth. Kudos to VAMSI. The bar also has an exceptional vibe for people who love sports, specially RAMESH and PRAJOL from the bar were top notch and very proactive with their service, all of the mentioned names surly deserve a raise or need to be promoted. Everything was good

Location was perfect as bus stand was nearby, taxi available 24/7. Dargon mart was just road cross. Staff was bery cooperative and friendly. Cleanliness, and facilites very also up to mark. Food was good(but we have to pay) Coffee, black tea, water, green tea was free and available 24/7. They provide us extra blanket and pillow for our son. Food delivered from outside was also allowed. Laundry from outside was also allowed. Housekeeping staff Mandira and other boys at 4th floor were very humble, smiling, and quick. There cleaning work was also very nice. I would highly recommend.

Food available downstairs at Market Restaurant was a bit expensive. At least fruits, juice and bakery items can be more less in price so guests can purchase freely. If dental kit or slippers are provided it could be more better.

The rooms were well maintained and cozy. The staff was very friendly. Especially Mr. Iliyas at the front desk helped a lot. He understood our expectations and based on that he made the necessary changes willingly. That was a great quality of him towards Customer Satisfaction. Thank you!

There should have been some extra things to make coffee or tea. And the toiletries have to be given. Complementary water bottles would have been an extra mile for further extension.

I really liked the room's composition, it was really comfy. The breakfasts are worth the price and were very tasty, it was also convenient that the buffet and the restaurant have room service and are available most of the day. The staff was really helpful and accommodating (though the daily calls asking me on how everything is going were probably too much; I also appreciated that the cleaning staff wanted to clean the room every day, but it wasn't needed that often).

It's a pity that the gym wasn't available during the stay. As for the rooms, I'd love if trash bins were a bit bigger and if a hair dryer was available in the room right away.

the room is clean with nice view the breakfast is very good be similar to other 4 stars hotels. But the location is far away from My office. the staff were very nice and helpful, and they offered me the breakfast as part of my rate of the room which was the lowest rate comparing with other hotels.

The breakfast was good, and sometime allow me to take My breakfast before the starting time 7 O'clock i order to reach My office on time. comfortable room. and the staff were very nice and helpful, and they help me to reach My car safely while the weather was very heavy raining. and they open for me another exit to reach My Car through short way.

My stay at Ibis was excellent; I loved everything about the hotel, from the spacious, clean room to the great restaurant and spa. The room service was also top-notch, making the entire experience enjoyable.

The only downside was its distance from most attractions in Dubai, but everything else was perfect.
