Bernie was a very friendly host who looked after us like being at home! She allowed us to use her kitchen to make our dinner that night & spent time chatting to us after a great Irish breakfast!! Her house was immaculate & displayed quality furnishings, china & furniture! The lawns & shrubs in the garden were manicured & filled with little statues & ornaments of all kinds! A most relaxing place to stay!

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the very small bathroom.as there was hardly room to move from shower to the handbasin & toilet Otherwise it was exceptionally clean & lovely white towels were provided!

Bernie was very welcoming, the room was bright, airy and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. The bathroom was larger than most en suite bathrooms. Both blinds and curtains combined kept out the light, for a rest in the day. When they were opened, I could see a garden that had really had some time spent on it. Both front and back gardens were beautiful. The cooked breakfast was exceptional, both in quality and portion size. For what I consider to be a budget price, everything was above expectations!

The Meadows is just on the edge of Armagh so in a great location. The host was warm and welcoming and I felt very much at home. The room was very cosy and comfortable, with an ensuite shower room. Breakfast was delicious and I would definitely stay again. Thank - you for looking after me so well.

For me there was just one negative - the busy road outside. I live in the country so am not used to night time traffic but did I did sleep as much as I do some nights at home!

The host really made us feel welcome and we felt at home immediately. The breakfast was amazing; we had a full Irish every morning. Location was also excellent - we were about 20 a minutes walk from the town centre.

We missed tea ad coffee facilities in the room but this was counterbalanced by being able to have a cup of tea downstairs whenever we wanted.

Very clean and renewed room, great and welcoming host, very warm house, good breakfast. The backyard is just gorgeous and looks amazing, worth to spend some time there to see all the small details.

The mattress is very soft, for some people it's good, but for me it's a total nightmare... Also, like in most B&B you can hear through walls, so when the person in the nearby room flushes the toilet you will hear it.

Bernie was an absolutely lovely host, we were made very welcome from the moment we went in her door. The location is perfect - just a 10-minute walk into the city. The bed was confortable and everything was immaculately clean. Bernie has a beautiful garden and a sunroom that brings you right out into it. The breakfast was top-class. We absolutely loved our stay and we will 100% be back next year.

Bernie made us so welcome and by the end of our stay we felt like we were family! She honestly couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable & the breakfasts were fabulous. We can’t recommend this property highly enough … I there were 10 stars I’d award it 11! 🙂

Nothing - it was lovely.

Our host Bernie was a lovely person, it was a pleasure to meet her. The house and garden were large and very well appointed , clearly taking care of everything. Our room was spacious and very clean indeed. We slept well after a long journey. Good hearty breakfast

It was little way from the centre of the the town, but actually we were pleased after initially finding it tiring to find somewhere to eat. The area of the guest house was much nicer than the town centre.

A lovely warm welcome from our host Bernie who made my wife and I feel immediately at home. We enjoyed perfectly cooked breakfasts before exploring the attractions of Armagh and spending the evening in the magnificent garden or watching tv in the guests' lounge.

Our stay wasn't long enough. Our bedroom was slightly on the small side but because we could spend the evenings in the garden or guests' lounge this was never a problem.
