The location is so near to the bus stop. The welcome at reception. The room was on the ground floor with pleasant view to the front The room was spacious with second bed provided to accommodate two male adults in the room. When requested an ironing board and iron were delivered promptly There was a bath, not just a shower The single bed was comfortable and well placed away from the larger bed The dinner was excellent My friend was served a vegetarian meal as arranged prior to arrival ( with Robert) All the staff were courteous and attentive Every small request was met with eagerness and responded to promptly Checkout left me feeling a welcome to come back ( I have already booked for next month)

I felt a chill in the air as I went from reception along part of the passageway to the room. ( this was only for seconds , the warm air then met me.) Absolutely nothing else

It’s a lovely hotel old but very well maintained. The grounds are lovely and rooms very quiet. The food is fab and very good value. I was doing a course in Belfast but travelling with my friend from Newry so we were able to travel together.

Everything was fine I should have asked for a walk in shower but I’m returning in 3 weeks and they said it wouldn’t be a problem and noted it. There is no lift to the 2nd floor but I was on a ground floor but when you look out the window it was like you were on an upper level. It was very private and lovely trees and views.

Staff were brilliant, nothing too much trouble, Katie was welcoming from the start and was available to help, Andrew the chef - absolutely amazing - catered for two plant based guests (myself and my wife) without problem and checked to make sure we were ok. All the staff we came into contact were kind, courteous and hard working to make sure all guests were looked after. Special mention to Katie, Andrew, Lynn, Emma and Chloe. Also 10 minutes from the Game of Thrones studios (which was awesome) and easy access to Belfast in which the Titanic experience was brilliant.

Being really, really picky. Would be good to have hand soap in the bathroom as had to use shower gel. But that being said - when we ran out of supplies asked at reception and a member of the housekeeping staff fulfilled the request in minutes which is brilliant service.

Easy to find location on the outskirts of Banbridge. Spacious bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is fabulous. Very tasty and plentiful.

As a 5'2" female it was difficult to brush my teeth in the bathroom sink. The taps are too small for the sink. They don't reach far enough into the sink. The sink is too high. The bath needs more anti slip measures. Tea and coffee is provided as well as a pack of biscuits which is good but there were 2 of us staying in the room so i feel there should have been 2 packs. One for each person staying. The cups should be mugs not cup and saucer.

When we arrived the girl at reception was very nice, the room was gorgeous, the bed very comfy, toilet paper was an issue thought they could have put more in, we went to the bar for food, the lady was lovely, very chatty.

We met a group from Dublin, they were lovely, had a great night the dj was brilliant, loved him, but the barman was very rude to one of the girls we met, the girl asked the barman to send toilet paper to her mother, and he was very rude to her, she was just asking for her mother, he was very rude and had terrible attitude, no need for it..

The hotel is set in very nice surrounding with trees and lots of foliage. The beds were comfortable and large. There was a mix-up with our booking so instead of a family room we had two double rooms. A pleasant upgrade for our teenagers. The food was very good especially on the second evening when they provided fed our extended family of 19 people. The bar was cozy.

Unfortunately the last orders for food is at 19:30 and being used to eating much later at home in Brussels we were a little frustrated. However the timing suited the extended Irish family.

Beautiful location,helpful and really friendly staff..Room was fresh and clean,fresh towels etc whenever we requested them..food was really good,especially the Carvery..nice cosy bar area and a bright and airy Restaurant..enjoyed our stay😊👍🏼 Loved the resident cat Fluffy❤he became our friend and had several fusses from us every day 🐈

There was a boxing event on,would of been nice if one of the staff had mentioned it,was very busy,so much so we stayed in our room that night,was very noisey as our room was at the front of the Hotel so we could here all the people out the front from around 11pm till late..this was only 1 night other than that our stay was brilliant

Was placed in one on the new pods so wasn't expecting much but completly exceeded expectations. All the facilities you would expect from a room, plus as they are set apart no chance on noise through the walls. Only possible negative is they are set away from the main building which may be an issue on rainy nights. If I stay at the bannville again I will def be requesting a pod.

CAN'T think of any improvements. Just remember to carry an umbrella or waterproof coat to get to and from the main building in the event of rain

The room and bed were cosy and warm. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was nice,and the overall price was reasonable.

There was a roundabout with traffic visible outside the bedroom window. A moderately noise of the traffic could be heard, especially in early morning and evening time.

The location is lovely, set in the countryside with mature native trees on the property. The breakfast was fab. there was a lot of choice on the menu, all cooked to perfection.

Some of the rooms could do with being modernised, they are spacious and very clean, but a little dated. Although the hotel is situated in the countryside, the narrow, busy, roads make cycling a non-starter.
