The staff were excellent from our initial meeting til we left. They were professional & very friendly. The room was spacious , clean , warm & nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable & the bathroom was spacious & very modern. The shower was easily operated & there were plenty of towels & toilet rolls. We had an excellent breakfast with plenty of choices available. The food was well cooked , hot & nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We definitely would stay here again as it is lovely inside & we had a great experience
My only criticism was we would have liked cool water in the room We were in a room at the roadside but were still able to have a good night's sleep. We did notice the curtains were kept drawn closed which didn't look appealing from the outside . Maybe open the curtains & put on a reflective cover on the glass so outside you can't see in but guests can still see out. Maybe add a few plants under the windows outside to also make it more attractive because this really is a little gem to stay in

My wife and I traveled with a group of friends and stayed here for a week. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! They treated us like we were VIP’s in every way. They answered questions, made special trips back to help us after reception hours, helped us with suggestions for the city and local shops, and so much more! The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Full English Breakfast, Omelets, Pancakes, French Toast, Fresh Fruit daily, a great selection of yogurt with all the toppings, and a lot more that I’m certain that I’m forgetting! For extended stays they offer laundry service at no charge! They pick it up, and return the laundry folded for you! I couldn’t be happier with our stay!
The lift was very slow, I definitely recommend the stairs if you are claustrophobic! There is a slight sulfur smell, BUT that seems to be the area it is located NOT the hotel!

The place is very clean with modern look fitted to a high standard. The room was well appointed. It was to the side of the property beside a car dealership but you couldn't see it as the room only had a small window which was frosted over. It was quiet while we were there. If you like more natural light don't take room 116. We loved it as it was calm and quiet. Breakfast is lovely with loads of choice and plentiful. Staff are very friendly but you won't see much of them except in the morning. There's a few shops very nearby & good places to eat. Parking wasn't a problem. Overall we'd stay here again, very good value for money.
Very little natural light in room 116.

Gillian is personable and attentive with a ready smile. The place is easy to find and within easy walking distance of centre of Portadown, and also right by large retail outlets. I really enjoyed being able to walk beside the beautiful Bann within 5 minutes of the front door. The room is super clean and up to spec. Its a busy accommodation for those travelling on business but not noisy; just good to know lots of professional people use it too.
The bed was a bit too soft for me.

I really liked the location, the self check in and check out, the room and bathroom were both spotless and very comfortable. Slept very well. Nice and quiet. Great variety of cooked and non cooked breakfast. It was perfect overnight stay for us visiting The Game of Thrones studio tour in Banbridge. But I think it's a perfect base for touring the North.
The only reason I didn't give it 10 excellent was because the wifi was difficult for my husband's laptop to connect to and he needed it for work, however he did manage using his phone, but it would be the only thing that would put him off staying again longer than an overnight.

I had stayed here 6 years ago and was very impressed with changes. The room appeared to be brand new-especially the bathroom. The location was great. Easy pick up by my relatives and easy walk to stores, McDonalds and the train station. Breakfast was very good. Wonderful hot foods and plenty of fruit and nuts for my cereal. My only problem was getting to the breakfast before closing . I slept so well that I had to rush down at last minute several times. Staff were friendly and responsive. To top it off, the daily price was lower that others that I had seen in town.
Really every thing was good. I was worried at first that staff were not present at all times, but a phone call worked well and there were not any problems.

I like the convenience of the late check-in, the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the breakfast was wonderful (mix of continental with hot breakfast choices available. Best of all, the whole place was quiet
Nothing that I didn't like really, except someone had stained the desk chair, and that is a little "gross" looking, but it didn't impact my stay in any way.

Everyone in our party commented on the high standards of cleanliness in our rooms, and the comfort and quiet. We all thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts. I'm vegan and the B&B provided yogurts, croissants, fresh berries and a fantastic cooked breakfast. The building is opposite a small shopping area, which includes a Tesco, and is within 5 minutes' walk of the town centre. There is also a very pretty riverside walk a couple oif minutes away in the opposite direction, where you are suddenly in open countryside.

The choice for breakfast was excellent and was cooked to order, so no dried out bacon! The room was very large, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable.
I would have rated everything as excellent, however the wifi as VERY flaky fading in and out literally from minute to minute, and my room was right next to Reception. Every time I tried to write an email on my laptop I lost connection and the draft email, and had to start all over again. Signal boosters are badly needed.
