Stayed here for a weekend with a friend as we were attending a wedding at the old rectory nearby. The location was perfect for us close to the wedding destination and it was a well presented guest house in a beautiful peaceful location. The room itself was large, perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. There was ample storage and great shower facilitates. The room itself had a kettle and facilities for making tea/coffee with fresh milk provided each day. The staff were lovely and accommodating with a delicious breakfast cooked to order each morning. We had booked a hire car and there was parking available on site. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

I can't think of anything that could have been improved.

Hotel is close to main highway, and easy to reach for car traveller. Room was spacious and comfortable bed at least for me. I appreciated a possibility for late arrival. Breakfast was excellent - I also liked the tick-box sheet for ordering the breakfast on previous evening. That efficiently reduces the food waste. My room was in top floor, and stairs are quite steep. Not a problem at all for me, but worth knowing. The area is quiet, and view from room or breakfast area was very relaxing. Friendly and helpful owners, felt welcome from very beginning.

No complaints - excellent stay

Rooms were big enough, comfy bed, but more important the shower was modern. Great pressure and temperature. 15min drive from anything that we needed and easy to find / park at the location. Would for sure stay again in the future if needs to be, but would ask for breakfast earlier if could. Already they accommodated us by 30min earlier to their regular which was great, but in now in hindsight we need it to be more at 7:00am. I wish we did not, but we were on time constraint.

Would of been handy if there was a bathroom downstairs and breakfast available faster, but I am more saying what would make our stay 11/10 because on a normal trip I wouldn't mind / care for these things.

As we arrived late in the evening and were rushing away to a concert nearby, we quickly realised our chosen accommodation was just perfect - clean, warm, excellent check in info, info to pre order breakfast was great idea. Fresh milk in a fridge outside our room to access when having cuppas.Fabulous variety for breakfast, Ulster fry was scrumptious, also endless tea/coffee refills. Thank you Carla and Stephen, your a great team working together.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly staff and owner spoke to us outside as we admired his beautiful accommodation,

The place was absolutely spotless. Caryll was very friendly and informative on the phone when I arrived, explaining everything even though there was a letter left out explaining things. The welcome letter was a very thoughtful touch, as was the folder in the room, containing information about restaurants, shops, ATMs, doctors etc. There was a fridge on the first floor landing, outside my door, with bottles of milk numbered for each room - again, very thoughtful and much appreciated. Tea and coffee were provided in the room. The room was very comfortable. The dining room was stunning, and breakfast was hearty.

This house is very well kept, tastefully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. Beds are so comfortable. There is plenty hot water for a bath or shower. Breakfast was delicious, served by Caryl who was very attentive. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and there is plenty of parking space. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, peaceful home. We have found the perfect accommodation for when we are visiting family and friends in this area. Highly recommend this accommodation.

A nice welcome and shown to my room which was very clean and welcoming with everything you needed for your stay. You ordered your breakfast the night before with the time you will be down and it was all prepared and ready on time with a good selection. I travel a lot around Ireland and this is one of the best I have stay in for the price will definitely use again.

There was nothing I could find fault with everything was good unlike some of the larger well known places you can stay that just have you as a number.

The owners were great, we loved breakfast. The location was very central to all of our daily out and back trips.

The area lacks a variety of places to eat after 7pm. We were upstairs and it was a bit warm in August, once we figured out how to open the skylight window we could better control the temperature.

The location was perfect for our exploration of the area. The room was well equipped and with adequate desk space on which to work if required. Breakfast was very good and Stephen was very attentive.

It is a little close to one of the roads, though no more than most hotels would be, and at night one would need to keep the windows closed but this was not a significant issue and the views from the windows across the fields in the mornings was lovely as was the breakfast area in the conservatory.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cherryville. The host was very friendly. The house is spacious, modern and clean. There is attention to detail in the rooms with home comforts such as tea and coffee provided. The cooked breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this place!
