We liked the location because it was out of the city area but still close enough to explore it. It’s a cottage on a small farm/reception venue that offers everything you need. A well equipped kitchen for cooking, good heating, lounge area with TV/streaming and a washing machine. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

Pauline was very nice and the girls l9ved Jack the dog and the small pony and mule. The accomodation was nice and clean with a good distance to lisburn, hillsborogh and Moira good base for the whole north and east coast

Nothing it was lovely but just be mindfully that while its close to towns and villages it is not in one.

Pauline was a wonderful host. Such a lovely lady with a wealth of knowledge on the area. With Pauline's help we managed to achieve and locate all that we needed to and more. Look forward to returning again.

It is out in the countryside and is beautiful. The cottage itself was really well appointed. We were able to cook our Christmas dinner and celebrate with our family.

Our family was in Stormont and it was a bit far to always drive in.

Pauline is a lovely hostess and very helpful with directions. Her property is peaceful and extensive and she welcomes guests to walk around it to visit the sheep, ducks and goats. It is self-catering and there are several grocery stores nearby. You do need a car to reach this location but it is very near the town of Lisburn. Lisburn is connected to Belfast and a variety of other destinations by train. We parked the car at the Lisburn train station or on the surrounding streets (for free every day) and purchased round trip train tickets to go in and out of Belfast (4 - 6 Euro total). Belfast is a small, walkable city and most tours leave from the Belfast train station area, so driving in Belfast is not necessary. Hillsbourough - a small English town - is 4 miles from the cottage and does require the car. It is worth visiting if you are interested in touring the Royal family's official Northern Ireland home and gardens.

Make sure you have clear directions before you try to find this place. We travelled without GPS or data but thankfully, we had the staff delivery men at the Iceland grocer in Lisburn, help us find the cottage.

Location was perfect. Approximately 15 mins from Belfast. The cottage is located in farmland- so there are cows, sheep, and other fields surrounding the property. The host was very attentive and was available to assist as needed.

This was the perfect stay! We were welcomed so warmly and our group could not have asked for more. Great setting. Fabulous location. Amazing facilities. Best thing was the warm hospitality shown by Pauline

Can not think of a single thing that we didn’t like about the property!

Location 10, privacy 10, comfort 10. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Host was delightful and there when needed. Completely stress free.

Tiny thing really. Kitchen needs set of large knives. Blind in bedroom skylight wont stay closed (Peartree Cottage). Last minute booking. Sick family member. For the money we paid....zero complaints.

Beautiful grounds and cosy cottage to stay in , Pauline the host was very helpful and even had room in her paddock for our pony , was great to get after a day at a show and travelling home the next morning with a happy pony .

Quiet and very comfortable, provided for all our needs fresh or T stay to visit our son( And father) who had taken ill suddenly and ended up in hospital.

Could not get a wi fi signal someone came to try to fix it but unsuccessful.
