Close to the airport if travelling by car. Warm room. Good food in the restaurant.

The room I had was up several flights of stairs with no lift. I had a big case to carry.

Breakfast was good and had a decent variety of options - cooked breakfast available between 9am and 11am which suited us fine, continental breakfast available before then from 7am. Staff were friendly and available but not in your face. It was quiet at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and had a decent steak and chips. It was just right for a couple of nights visiting the area, left feeling well rested and catered for.

The location was fantastic as we had gone up to a concert for the night. Actually speaking of that, the concert we had gone to was at Boucher Playing fields and we discovered that there is a real issue with trying to get to that for an event. It might be a good idea if ye could look at offering accommodation and a shuttle bus service to these events as a potential boost to your business? We would have happily paid more for such a service as we struggled to get a taxi from the city centre and it was £40 one way when we could find one.

There was nothing in particular the only thing is we stayed in room 2 and there was evidence of a leak at the ceiling over the tv, and possibly damp mould but other than that the room was a perfect size and the bathroom lovely and large also.

Small hotel with great service and a lively bar / restaurant. They had a nice menu with good food. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had to leave early in the morning and the cooked breakfast wasn't available at that time but the continental breakfast was fine. I left an item in the hotel room by mistake and the hotel posted it to me the next day without problem.

Very smooth check in with no issues. Just me staying in the hotel but inadvertently booked a triple room. V comfortable room. I stayed Sat and Sunday night. Could hear some music from the pub on the Sat night but nothing after 12. Sunday night was as quiet as a wee mouse. The staff were lovely especially reception and breakfast staff. The breakfast was to order ( no buffet) and I ordered a very lovely Ulster Fry.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the food was devine!

We had absolutely no issues but there was no phone service in our room which could be an issue if you need phone reception for work reasons but other than that I would definitely recommend the Ballymac hotel again!

A very lovely warm welcome. Ordered a taxi for the morning and then took my meal order. The food was amazing! So tasty and well prepared.

I wouldn’t say didn’t like, sadly I had to leave early and only a continental breakfast available- but still lovely and the night member of staff made sure I had all needed for breakfast.

Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. A problem in the room on arrival was quickly resolved, thank you. Very good service and nice food, allowed us to order ahead when returning late one evening as food service was ending, everything was ready and waiting for us when we got back.

Location was perfect. A couple of mins drive outside Belfast, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle yet be right beside it. The rooms are spacious and the extra slide across black out blind is superb 👌, a brilliant added touch. 10/10 without hesitation.

The room was spotless, food was amazing and all the staff where lovely. Our check in time wasn't until 4pm but the staff let us check in at 1pm as we were going to see bruce springsteen. The bar was open all night so we were able to get some refreshments after the concert. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when staying in Belfast.
