Once we got into the apartment (number 3) ground floor with sliding doors onto a small garden we were pleasantly surprised We often stay in cheap hotels when we go to shows in Belfast and this apartment was great - so much bigger than we had thought. ( I had been very worried because we were going to see Sting and Blondie and some other customers earlier in the week said their accommodation had been cancelled at the last minute.) I got an e mail that day asking for photo id (I wasn't quite sure how to do this but rang the number and Sharon was so helpful giving me their e mail address and I just attached it to the e mail She then sent me the front door code and the key lock box code) Husband and I would definitely stay here again as it was great value and very convenient for walking into Belfast!

The bed squeaked a little bit, but I tend to toss and turn

Very poor customer service , we were left sitting in a car in bad weather for over 2 hrs and no one was answering the phone attached to booking , we ended up having to phone another dreams appartment in Newcastle whom may I add were good and got us sorted in the end ,, but the customer service in Belfast end was very poor indeed and altho appartments were very nice I would r stay here again as there was too much hassle trying to check in and this left us late for a concert which resulted in us missing the first part

Very good location for my purposes and the place was very tidy. I was upgraded when I booked so had a better room plus it was on the top floor with a balcony and a good view.

I needed to send a photo ID to confirm and I did this from an Apple device. Apparently reception staff could not open it, but did not inform me of the problem. So I did not get my entry instructions but had to phone and resend a photo. A member of staff should have been proactive and informed me of the problem. As it was I was late for my check in.

We had booked and stayedhere for a large hen party a few weeks before travelling we did see an unfortunate review on social media and we were a little worried but we were so delighted with the property’s! They were clean, fantastic location, super spacious, and the cleaning staff and reception staff were accommodating I would definitely recommend these apartments

the only issue we had was check in the times are a little mad with 4pm check in and 10am check out we did have some trouble checking in as a few of our rooms were not ready until 5/6pm leaving it a little difficult to get our large party sorted however the staff Emma and Brian where very helpful and did explain they were short staffed that day and did what the could to sort us out as soon as possible ensure we had all rooms before we headed out for the night. and the rooms were worth the wait all 16 girls were happy with their rooms and the cleanliness of the rooms! so thank you!

Location. Warm and comfortable, everything provided. Spotless. Excellent value. Quickly and easily booked. Person on the phone was very nice and helpful. TV has all the channels. Lots of takeaways and shops nearby. Big beds, loads of bedding and towels.

Didn't like having to phone what was to me an international number to obtain the door codes and having to give a credit card security of 100 pounds, even if only a 'pending' transaction. Don't like when a place says it has parking but means you need to go around the side streets looking for a spot and risking a parking fine after 8:30am. Noise from the street is only to be expected though, not an issue for me. Toilet bowl was wobbly, and tap coming loose, it's a nice apartment but a little the worse for wear.

Easy to find, code to open the outside door, key safe for the internal door. Plenty of room, comfortable bed, ground floor apartment, restaurants in the immediate area, quiet apartment at the back of the property, as requested

Long wait and several attempts to contact the apartment to pay and get key code details, but once we got through they were efficient. Entry to the property is a bit bleak, with stark corridors and no windows. TV screen is small, settee uncomfortable. View of back yard from the living room window is slightly depressing. Shower was weak and there were no samples of gel or shampoo etc

The facilities were nice and clean

I called to check in early, and i was charged 20 pounds an hour for every hour, which was fine until i couldnt even get into the property for the time i paid for, i didnt get my money refunded either. When this happened, the other way round when i checked out later because i felt i needed compensation for initial bad service at the start. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case they said they were going to take it out of my deposit. I even asked to pay for 1 more day extension due to my flight being cancelled. I stated i was going to be straned if they didn't help they building manager. i spoke and said they were fully booked, and i needed to get out of the building as soon as possible without showing any form of remorse. The customer service is really poor.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean and very well equipped. It also had a fantastic view over Belfast and lots of restaurants and pubs nearby as well as a kiosk and small supermarket. I had been worried about the poor reviews but we didn't experience any issues.

There is no lift so be aware tha you may need to climb four sets of stairs. There is no reception in the St Thomas Hall location so luuggae woulld need to he left in another location on Donegal Quay.

I always love staying at Dream Apartments in both Obel Towers and St Thomas Street. The apartments are always so spotless, and very comfortable. We were given a penthouse apartment this time. It was massive, and so amazing.

This time round, we had the neighbours from hell. I can't go into it, but my family had zero sleep. The penthouse balcony accomodates both apartments and we were tortured by our neighbours. One of the girls who was so out of it faceplate our door a few times. She also tried to walk in twice. We had to lock the door and close the curtains, despite it being a beautiful evening. Made for a weary next day, especially for my daughter who had a long travel ahead of her. No complaints about the apartment or staff though.

The apartment was very spacious. My husband and I slept in the bedroom and after being kicked in the face one too many times, we put out toddler on the pull out sofa in the lounge. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. And plenty of radiators meant we weren't at all cold. The kitchen is nicely equipped and had we stayed longer we'd have made full use of it. We wished we'd booked a few more nights than just two so we could fully enjoy the facilities.

We struggled with the washing machine. It spent ages on the dry cycle and then locked and we weren't able to get it open till the next morning, only to discover our clothes were all still wet and we needed to drape them all over the radiators at our next hotel. Some of the fire doors bang very loudly, so inconsiderate neighbours meant we had banging into the small hours.
