Very communicative hosts who are happy to help with any issues - for example, I arrived very late, due to delays with my flight, and they arranged to provide me with a 'digital key' so I could get in. Decent sized apartment. Beds are comfortable. Shower was good. Location is good, with lots of nearby cafes, shops, restaurants, etc.

Towels weren't provided on the first night, though they were provided early the next morning. Although the apartment was clean, some of the furniture was rather tired and scuffed/marked. The property is next to a massive Tesco which is convenient for buying food but not overly convenient when, at 3am every morning, a large delivery arrives and makes a fair bit of noise!

Good spacious apartment on the Lisbon road. We had an ensuite with a superking bed. The second room had a double bed. The kitchen, dining room and sitting room was all openplan. The room was number seven on the second floor looking out the back of the building over the football stadium and the black mountain. The back of the building had no street noise and is perfect for sleeping in a busy city. There was underground parking with chargers for electric cars. Check-in was easy and the man at reception explained everything I needed to know in detail. The following morning was just as easy to check out and the cleaning woman was very friendly. There was a Tesco's next door to the apartments and more than enough restaurants and cafes all within the walking distance. Overall, I would recommend this apartment if you are looking to stay in this part of the city.

It rained most of the night and the water was pouring down on our balcony outside our bedroom window. The following morning we looked to see what the cause was and their guttering was filled with debris and needed cleaning causing the water to overflow. It's not a big problem but a quick maintenance would fix this problem.

This was the perfect place to stay as a family with a young toddler. They were able to provide a baby cot and high chair for our stay, the secure, on-site parking had a lift to our floor, which made it so much easier to lug up all of our stuff and to use the stroller. The location is not the most central if you are touring Belfast city center, but it was great for us- especially having a Tesco downstairs to grab food and baby needs from. Lots of nearby restaurants, but we chose to cook in our unit which was easy and great. In-unit laundry was great and so needed after 5 days of traveling already. 2 bathrooms and lots of storage and space made us so comfortable, especially after staying in a hotel room previously. Even had a view of the mountains from our balcony. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around in, and we explored Queens University campus nearby which was beautiful. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

The couch in the living room's cushion slid off every time we sat on it, but that might have just been a problem due to whoever last assembled it. Not a big deal. If we did not have kids, it would be probably less desirable as the other units seemed to have children too- but honestly there were no issues with noise once in the unit.

A fantastic base for a visit to Belfast. Superb communication from all at Cordia re check in times, parking etc. Excellent message re how to enter underground parking, get to reception and met by a very friendly male receptionist whom I’m afraid I forgot to take the name of. Spacious and comfortable two bed apartment with all the possible cooking facilities you could need. Spotless bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries. Heating was easy to control. Beds very comfortable. Parking a big plus. Accommodation very centrally placed on the Lisburn Road with wide variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely use again.

Perhaps a few more pillows, only one per person. Realise I might have been able to get these from reception but would have been handy to have within the flat. Otherwise super

The location was excellent. It is very convenient to everything Belfast has to offer and the parking was secure and easy to access. The apartment is a bit tired and the furniture is worn and dated but it has everything you need for a self catering apartment.

The only thing that impacted our stay were very rowdy customers who spent from 4am to 6 am partying.I contacted reception who were very apologetic etc but ultimately it ruined the stay for us. We had a very long drive the next day feeling tired. However I would stay again as on previous occasions we had very positive experiences so maybe we were just unlucky this time.

Location was ideal. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness- bathrooms were very clean but the room was not. The staff responded quickly and cleaned it the next morning. So overall still happy. The room window opened on the road and was very noisy. Requested the staff to change which they offered promptly but later changed my mind due to busy commitments and hassle of packing/ shifting. So you see…. The staff helped to make my stay as much comfortable as they could

Easy check in. Great onsite parking. Apartment good size. Very clean. Towels were great. Comfortable bed. Great location

Apartment a little cold. Tried to adjust temp but didn't make any difference. Ran a bath in the evening and hot water was just luke warm. Windows/patio doors in living room filthy with finger/hand prints - shame with a fabulous view. Bit of a stale smell in living room/kitchen area - some polish or floor cleaner could have given a fresh pleasant smell.

Everything about the apartment , staff and place. We stayed for 2 nights , 3 days, booked a 2 bedroom apartment, was very kind to upgrade us. My wife was doing her exams, I informed this earlier, and they allocated a room away from the noise so she could study, and even provided us with an early check in, so we could settle in and go on and a about. * The staff was very friendly,very kind, professional and easy to work with. Hospitality at its greatest. * Cleanliness - Apartment was spotless and clean, has everything you need. * Parking - Very good safe parking, we stayed on during weekdays. *. Location - Was centralised, plenty of restaurants around to eat from, Tesco next door came in handy.

Coming from a Hospitality background, I had no complaints or negatives.

The whole set up is great, I would not bother checking anywhere else when we return to Belfast because we know that it is a good comfortable appartment in a good location with secure parking and friendly ,helpful staff. We stayed here some years ago and would be reluctant to try another location - it is just as good as we remembered it back then. The lady on phone at booking (apologies but didnt catch name properly , very like Monica!) and gentleman on reception were most friendly and helpful.

Absolutely LOVE the Cordia. The lovely couple running the service apartment are always so friendly and welcoming. The Cordia is located in a great area on Lisburn road and conveniently right next to the big Tesco for food and drink options. The view from the balcony facing the hills is stunning. The apartments are spacious, clean and modern. I will stay here again in the future, particularly for the size of apartment to the price.
