Based on some of the reviews we weren't expecting much, but it was such a pleasant surprise. I don't know what went wrong when some others had problems checking in, getting the code for the doors etc because it all went smooth for us. The room was clean and tidy, there were towels provided for the private bathroom. There was a kitchen and common area as well. One thing to mention though... After we got all the texts regarding check in + codes to the house and room, we got another text on WhatsApp asking to enter my card-details again, even though I had already paid. I ignored the message because it felt a bit shady. Apparently it wasn't necessary since nothing happened. Just a heads up. Otherwise great value for money.

Exceptionally good staff. I failed to give my details due to issues with my bank, but they were extremely helpful and sent me 2 reminders rather than cancelling my booking. Once the issue was understood, they were very friendly and understanding. In my room the sockets for plugs didn't work; however, as soon as the staff was aware of this, they explained someone would have a look in the afternoon and apologized for the inconvenience as well as offering compensation for my next stay. My only note would be to bring a portable charger, but aside from that everything was perfect and matched the price well. Will definitely book again. Communication was top notch.

convenience...5 minute walk to Botanic Avenue cafés and bars and vintage clothes shops. 30 minute walk to the odyssey/SSE arena. 25ish minutes to city centre. Queens University very close. easy check in with electronic code. plus phone advice if any issues. room is in old Victorian house. bed is blocked off in a made room.. hard to explain... but works well and keeps traffic/ street noise out and is cosy. TV ... all stations. ensuite functions well. kettle for coffee/ tea.

I think heating is controlled externally... but was warm enough. took a while for parking advice to be messaged through... luckily it's quiet this time of year we got parked right outside door.... during uni time would be EXTREMELY busy... would need carpark code sooner. A small side light would be a great finishing touch.... so wouldn't have to use the big main bright lights.

Great location, recommend this OYO Queens Quarter to anyone, cleaning staff were very friendly when leaving.

Stairs! Lol if you are unable to use stairs this would not be ideal there’s no elevator but that didn’t bother us to much. Room is quite small and walls are thin can here other people but other than that it was good doesn’t deserve all the bad reviews

Great location, Free parking just outside although I may have been lucky to get such a good spot. Very clean room,has most of what you need, easy access on arrival. Just easy and simple. What more could you want. Also a really nice comunal area and kitchen which I only saw on departure. We may not have used anyways as we only stayed one night but very nice indeed.

Nothing.If I had to nit pick I would say the toilet was a bit small but honestly that's me trying to think of a negative.

Me and my friend only stayed for a night and only expected a place to sleep over after a night out. We were amazed when we saw the room and how good it was! The room was beyond our expectations; it had all the facilities that we need, the decor was quite modern, and the location was perfect. Would definitely keep this place in mind if I need an accommodation for Belfast!

It was overall a wonderful experience. The only thing if I'm being super nitpicky is that the code provided for our room hadn't worked. Fortunately, the hosts were helpful and sorted the problem with us in no time!

The room was comfortable and the facilities were good. The microwave seemingly didn't work properly but the convection oven made up for it (although the display is broken). I'm not someone who can easily fall asleep in new beds so I did find it difficult to settle on my first night. But the mattress was soft.

Generally a pleasant stay, other than noise throughout the night from what I assume was other guests with the TV on throughout the night and music from early morning.

Location is easy to reach from the Belfast city airport ( I got a public bus from the airport ). Check in was hassle free. Room space and the arrangement was good even for a couple. Bathroom and shower room has been cleaned well. Room got a window with a town view. Bed and beddings were cosy and comfortable.

Room is not sound proof. could hear even minute sounds from other rooms. I think the heater was not working which was not an issue for day time but I felt cold at mid night. No soap or shower gel provided at the bathroom. All three paper cups provided for tea, were soaked (? are they used ones ), Kettle was well functioning but kept on the floor under the dressing table ( difficult to reach )

It was clean, it had all the essentials apart from a body wash/shampoo but liquid hand soap was provided. Towels were provided and were clean. The toilet was a bit narrow but it worked well with me. The room was big it was a good place for the price I paid. I will definitely use it again if I am back in Belfast! It was a good experience too to have a self-check in process and no keys or cards to carry just the codes for the main door and tour room. Excellent overall!

Wash soap/Shampoo not provided. Also I didn't know if the heater wS working because I tried to use it but it never worked
