Our stay at the hotel was unexpected, after we had to change our travel plans due to the closure of Holyhead port (we were travelling from Manchester to Bantry and had to re-route our ferry crossing via Cairnryan and Belfast). we picked the hotel very quickly based on proximity to our route, and were very pleasantly surprised when we got there. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable (with a really nice bathroom, which is always an important criterion in my book) and the general ambiance of the hotel was excellent. it was obviously a very quite night (Boxing day) but felt very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for the staff on duty. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel offers an overall excellent experience with very little to criticise. However, during busy periods, having more staff in the restaurant on hand could make a big difference!

It was all a bustle for the location, once we figured out where exactly it was we were warmly welcomed by William at reception, he couldn’t be anymore helpful and had a great rapport going from we stepped in the door.

The night porter could use some time with William, he wasn’t in anyway warm, friendly or welcoming when we went outside after 1 to have a smoke we were trying to get back in and he was quite rude when our hotel card wouldn’t let us in.

We always have a fantastic stay, big beds, spacious room, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Lisburn is a lovely location and just a quick train ride in to Belfast. Special shout out to William on reception who was most helpful and accommodating with amending our booking due to the weather warning.

Only problem we had this stay was getting through to reception to order room service. We tried on the room phone and by ringing directly through our mobiles to no avail.

First time at the hotel but won't be the last. Checkin was quick and easy. The rooms very comfortable, especially after a day at work. Food was good qualify. There is not much to do in the surrounding area during the evening but the hotel has a good stocked bar so not really a problem. I was travelling for work anyway!

very clean and modern. I wasn't expecting the decor, it was very nice. location, it's close to all shops and facilities you need. taxi rank just around the corner from hotel.

Information about the taxi rank, like a sign pointing to the rank would help as i walked 15 mins to a taxi rank that was non-existent. The security guard at night could be a bit more polite he isn't an officer and also the face of the hotel, customer service skills need to be brushed up. I was not the only one who thought so.

Restaurant food poor selection and food just wasn’t good quality and the staff just didn’t seem to have a clue how to do their jobs no customer service skills costs nothing to smile really disappointing as the hotel staff were so friendly

They should do a deal with the car park where hotel guests can have a discount or a set fee per day as £6 pounds a day is quite expensive

Warm welcome, very helpful staff. Clean apartment, quiet in rooms. Nice lounge/ bar area. Bonus live music Friday and Saturday. Ample choice for breakfasts. Centrally located for shops, train and buses.

No mirror in apartment. Abandoned furniture outside of apartment - looked unsightly / fire hazard - there the 2 days we stayed.
