Property had everything you could need, lots of selection for breakfast including fruit, yogurts, cereal and breads. There was a good selection of tea also. The room itself was lovely, really comfy beds- I fell asleep within seconds, really comfortable pillows and really nice throws over the bed. There was an iron, ironing board and shampoos, conditioner and body wash and a hairdryer on a shelf on the first floor. We had everything we could have needed and more. My boyfriend met Vivian and thought she was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. 10/10 Would happily stay again.

Greenmount B&B is conveniently located on a road where there are loads of public transportation options into the city. Bus 10a, 10b, G1, etc. There is a KFC outlet just across the road and a shopping complex. As we were arriving on a morning flight way before check in time the vibrant, energetic and bubbly Vivian arranged storage for our bags. We explored the area while we waited for check in time. Check in process was smooth. Vivian made us feel at home away from home. I will book Greenmount again next time I visit Belfast

The location was very easy to find and the Hostess Vivian is a very delightful and helpful lady. I had a job to do nearby and grateful that she was flexible in letting me leave my luggage there, even after check out time. You are spoilt for choice with Breakfast and you can help yourself. Good energy, good vibes!! Thank you.

Not a bad thing, but would have liked a mini-kettle in the room, for a quick coffee at night, when needed. (But there is one in the kitchen)

room was clean, warm and quiet despite being beside a busy junction. comfortable bed and good shower and w.c. TV with freeview. not sure about wi-fi as i didn't need it and forgot to ask at check-in. no cooked breakfast but host ensured there was plenty of fresh bread, ham, cheese, cereals, marmalade, various jams, yoghurts, tea, coffee and juice available. nice clean kitchen/dining area. checked out by simply leaving key in small office under the stairs as host wasn't around. small macdonalds and shops right opposite.

Property was in a busy area close to shops and restaurants. It was only a short walk to attractions and the city centre. It was well presented and well maintained with a welcoming family feel. The staff (Vivian) was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful.

The host, Vivian, is the warmest, kindest host I've met in any Bed and breakfast, Airbnb, or any property rental related. She tries her hardest to accommodate all guests with everything in her power. She is also just an incredible, kind and entertaining person to converse with!

Vivian was very friendly and welcoming, the room was good value for money, a good spot to put your head down for the night without breaking the bank. The breakfast was good too in the morning had the essentials.

I loved how we were greeted by 2 lovely ladies! We had a tour of the place and she helped with parking. The room we stayed in was beautiful too, very cosy, clean, warm and they went the extra mile with storing food for guests in their kitchens. Had essentials like shampoo, conditioners etc not a lot of b&b's have these so it was great! The area was great also, the shopping centre is a 2 minute's walk down the road and across the street is a retail park! Loads of options and it was a 20 min drive to the city. Enjoyed my stay!

Clean, comfortable, and located conveniently near the city centre. Kitchen is stocked with ingredients for you to make yourself a decent breakfast.

Location was good - plenty of shops close by, which was good as I could buy food for my evening meals and cook in the guests kitchen so I wasn't living on takeaways. The dining room had a very good selection of food for breakfast, was well laid out, clean & tidy My room was comfortable, clean, had good storage, Wi Fi was good - I quite enjoyed my stay
