Everything - it was beautifully decorated and brand new. The lounge and bar were cozy and comfortable. The breakfast nook was perfect overlooking the park - the food was excellent - perfectly poached eggs and hollandaise sauce was silky with just the right hint of lemon. The staff clearly loved their roles. They were attentive, easy to converse with, smart and professional - from Ciara to Vickie, to Jake, Max and the entire staff too many to name - they made the place home for us. We will definitely be back for a much longer stay.

Missed having a little gym or spa - I understand that is coming soon though!

Best hotel service and experience we have ever had. Hannah and Isabelle ordered, collected and paid for our take out food for us. They are so so professional and massively over delivered. The suite was stunning and LOVED the modern industrial decor and huge cosie gas fire. It’s like staying in a premium living room as it’s so homely (EXCEPT BETTER) We had planned on going out but couldn’t justify leaving this incredible suite. Again Hannah and Isabelle were so accommodating and the tour of the suite was so detailed. The coffee machine was incredible and the breakfast was really something else (have the mushrooms they are phenomenal) We have stayed in many high end places but this was another level.

I can’t rate this place enough. Totally exceeded my expectations in every single way. Will be hard pressed to ever stay on a property this beautiful and high end ever again. Stayed in the Mayors Suite. Michael, Mark, Ciara, Isabelle could not do enough form me.. Everything had been thought of. Welcome bottle of bubbles, to cheese boards, nightly choc brownie. Exquisite property. Already planning my next stay back Wow… just wow, planning

I literally can not fault it

Beautifully decorated in a stunning Victorian building and very spacious apartment. Lovely view of the park from the sitting room and facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing with a great top of the range coffee machine and freshly squeezed orange juice. Fantastic staff really warm and welcoming. One of the nicest suites I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world and brilliant location just beside Queens and the Botanic gardens in the nicest part of Belfast😀

What a fantastic serviced apartment! The staff were absolutely fantastic, so accommodating and couldn’t have done more for us. They made sure our dinner reservations were made, sorted breakfast for us in the morning, welcomed us on arrival and left us a lovely welcome drink with snacks in the room for our arrival. We also had a craving for some snacks in the evening when we got back in and we were given an additional bowl of nuts which were delicious! The room itself was gorgeous, really lovely interior design, felt very clean and had everything you could ever need for your stay. Lovely White Company bathroom products which were a lovely touch. Such a fantastic place to stay, in fact the only place we would choose to stay in Belfast now! Well done Regency House, you have absolutely nailed it!! Zero complaints

Honestly nothing to say!

We loved everything. The decor is so beautiful. The apartment was so warm and comfortable. The court yard was lovely to wake up to. The breakfast was fantastic and filling, I loved the Irish bread and yoghurt. The coffee machine was brilliant to have too. Not to mention the staff, they were so warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I wanted to extend our stay because it was such a lovely treat. You guys are doing an amazing job ❤️

Nothing, honestly nothing we could improve on. It was perfect!!

We stayed at The Regency as our first trip away with our newborn, which we had mentioned at the time of booking. When we arrived, there was a beautiful baby cot set up, a baby monitor, and even a baby bath! This level of attention to detail could be seen throughout the property - there was a vinyl record collection, musical instruments and a great coffee machine - they have literally thought of everything! The interior design and restoration work is genuinely stunning and there are so many beautiful details throughout the apartment - the photos don't do it justice. We had an apartment on the first floor overlooking beautiful gardens and had access to an outdoor terrace with sofas and heaters. It looks like the ground floor apartments have their own private courtyards. Katie and her team provided great service and Jimmy the doorman couldn't have been more helpful!

Our door code didn't work on one occasion, but a member of staff was on hand and sorted this within a few minutes! I believe this was due to a scheduled system update. Honestly couldn't fault anything about the experience!

From the time I booked the room from the Unite States until the time we arrived and then left, the service was beyond our expectations and the care and service was incredible. Their Concierge services Katie and Shanna were fabulous! They helped me with transport drivers to and from, the ferry, the train, restaurants...huge stress off the shoulders and great trust they knew what they were doing. Now there was a small fee yet worth every penny for us. We were greeted at the hotel not in a lobby but a quaint, charming parlor with the most hospitable hotel manager who only wanted to ensure all of our needs were exceeded and that we were happy. She was great! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautifully decorated, well appointed accommodations and really lovely staff. Owen, Ciara, Mark, Katie, Heath, the housekeeping staff and everyone we’ve come in contact with were extremely kind and helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom suite that overlooked a tranquil park. Loved the fireplace and record player! Really a gem and we can’t rave enough about the professional staff and level of service. We look forward to staying here again each time we return to Belfast.

The room we had was spacious and beautifully styled very comfortable.. very refined touches well done all over the place… Really liked it the fireplace was lovely…Wanted to mention John and all the staff were very attentive and professional and generous with their care and attention… and I look forward to returning…

Looking back I can’t think of anything I didn’t like to be honest…
