Simply stunning! I would stay here again in a heart beat. We had an amazing time celebrating a friend's wedding. The rooms, service and food/drinks aren't just excellent, they are superb and its a completely unique experience. The staff couldn't do enough for us and made our stay so special! The bar is beautiful, tastefully decorated for a relaxing evening with views over the green. The food is perfect because the menu is not only varied but well thought out and all dishes we ate were perfection. Our room was spotless and well equipped. As soon as we arrived we felt like VIPs and every member of staff went above and beyond. They should be very proud - the Ritz of Belfast!

Beautifully renovated and decorated, high end appliances and decor/furniture, very comfortable bedding and linens. Amazing breakfast delivered daily to the room. We were very spoiled! Everything was perfect and oh so comfortable! The apartment was very spacious. The staff were super attentive. We felt like we were the only guests there (but we weren’t). Isabelle gave us great recommendations for restaurants and made all arrangements for us. It was my birthday and she surprised me with a lovely plate of goodies left in the room. Owen was super kind and helpful upon our very late arrival the first night. The surrounding area/neighborhood is lovely with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby, along with a huge park (botanic gardens) and it’s only a short walk into the city center. Parking was included and was via valet. We could not have asked for better and we can’t wait to stay again next time we visit Belfast.

Staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble and incredibly personable too, even before arrival with suggestions for questions we'd asked. The building is beautiful and an oasis of calm, with lovely walks and plenty to do close by. We didn't take a car so didn't use the parking but the staff members booked our taxis and this all worked out smoothly. Absolutely fabulous breakfast and catered very well for gluten-free needs.

The only negative was the low ceiling height in part of the room, head bumped a few times; otherwise everything was super and the staff members were really super.

Everything - it was beautifully decorated and brand new. The lounge and bar were cozy and comfortable. The breakfast nook was perfect overlooking the park - the food was excellent - perfectly poached eggs and hollandaise sauce was silky with just the right hint of lemon. The staff clearly loved their roles. They were attentive, easy to converse with, smart and professional - from Ciara to Vickie, to Jake, Max and the entire staff too many to name - they made the place home for us. We will definitely be back for a much longer stay.

Missed having a little gym or spa - I understand that is coming soon though!

Best hotel service and experience we have ever had. Hannah and Isabelle ordered, collected and paid for our take out food for us. They are so so professional and massively over delivered. The suite was stunning and LOVED the modern industrial decor and huge cosie gas fire. It’s like staying in a premium living room as it’s so homely (EXCEPT BETTER) We had planned on going out but couldn’t justify leaving this incredible suite. Again Hannah and Isabelle were so accommodating and the tour of the suite was so detailed. The coffee machine was incredible and the breakfast was really something else (have the mushrooms they are phenomenal) We have stayed in many high end places but this was another level.

What a fabulous stay; from the amazingly comfortable bed, immaculate and high spec kitchen, wonderful restaurant/ bar with great food, incredible courtyard with fireplace and beautiful bathroom. The staff have been nothing short of amazing and attentive, especially John the Night Porter! Ciara was an incredible point of contact throughout the lead-up to our stay for our wedding. Will absolutely be returning, without a doubt. It was one of the best hotels we've ever had the pleasure of staying in.

My stay at Regency House exceeded every expectation. My suite was absolutely beautiful! As charming and beautiful as it was comfortable! The suite was equipped with everything I could need. I felt pampered by the delicious coffee from the high end espresso machine and the luxurious bed linens (2 things important to me when I travel). But, the staff is what truly made my time at Regency House! They all were welcoming and accommodating! Isabelle was a delight and is very good at her job!

I can’t rate this place enough. Totally exceeded my expectations in every single way. Will be hard pressed to ever stay on a property this beautiful and high end ever again. Stayed in the Mayors Suite. Michael, Mark, Ciara, Isabelle could not do enough form me.. Everything had been thought of. Welcome bottle of bubbles, to cheese boards, nightly choc brownie. Exquisite property. Already planning my next stay back Wow… just wow, planning

I literally can not fault it

Beautifully decorated in a stunning Victorian building and very spacious apartment. Lovely view of the park from the sitting room and facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing with a great top of the range coffee machine and freshly squeezed orange juice. Fantastic staff really warm and welcoming. One of the nicest suites I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world and brilliant location just beside Queens and the Botanic gardens in the nicest part of Belfast😀

What a fantastic serviced apartment! The staff were absolutely fantastic, so accommodating and couldn’t have done more for us. They made sure our dinner reservations were made, sorted breakfast for us in the morning, welcomed us on arrival and left us a lovely welcome drink with snacks in the room for our arrival. We also had a craving for some snacks in the evening when we got back in and we were given an additional bowl of nuts which were delicious! The room itself was gorgeous, really lovely interior design, felt very clean and had everything you could ever need for your stay. Lovely White Company bathroom products which were a lovely touch. Such a fantastic place to stay, in fact the only place we would choose to stay in Belfast now! Well done Regency House, you have absolutely nailed it!! Zero complaints
