Excellent staff , amazing customer service from all staff . Room good lovely fresh linens and so clean - lovely fluffy towels . Excellent breakfast with soo much choice over and above normal offerings by other hotels. Bar and food prices reasonable . Other hotels could learn a thing or two from how this hotel is run.

It’s not a didn’t like , it’s just an observation. Hubby and I had an accessible room as I have mobility issues . The room was set up for a person needing access to the left hand side of the bed . I sleep on the right and access was tight that side due to the wall and curtains ,

Breakfast was tasty (so thank you for that), the 24hr pizza was good/ideal when coming back at night, and the check in staff were very friendly. Location great. Umbrella hire was handy too.

Breakfast was not stocked quickly enough. Lots of waiting around on both days for food to be ready at the hot station. Beds/pillows not hugely comfortable with a hill in the middle, so you felt you were going to fall out. Lifts were very temperamental (one time it took the lift 6+ attempts to close, before it finally closed and another time I lost count, got out and tried the other lift instead).

Our room was spotless and more spacious than other hotels we have stayed in. The location was good being only a short walk away from City Hall. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff was exceptional. Every staff member I had an encounter with was professional and friendly. They were all extremely attentive. I would say that they were the best hotel staff I have come across whilst staying in a hotel. They have thought of lots of things. You can rent umbrellas, they have lots of games to play when it is raining and their gym is small but has high quality machines. All the food they serve is amazing and having a 24/7 option is great.

Breakfast area was really cramped so something to be aware of if you are someone who needs a bit more personal space. I think the area may be a little too small for the volume of people using it. The breakfast was delicious though and couldn't fault the people working there!

Location excellent, 3 minute walk to new bus/train station and easy access to airport. 8 minute walk to town centre and all amenities, 30 minute pleasant walk to Titanic Experience. Lots of local pubs and restaurants, bar in the hotel open until late. Breakfast fab, extras on request ie oat milk, decaf coffee. Dining room kept clean and well organised. Lifts super dooper quick. Bedrooms warm and clean, beds really comfy, shower hot and powerful. Rooms serviced on request which is fab, don't see the need for room service everyday when on a short break. Fresh towels' loo rolls etc supplied when needed.

Only complaint is bar was a tad over noisy at night, or maybe I am just getting old :)

The breakfast was a good offering and fairly standard for a hotel in the Hilton chain group. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when asked different questions about location/facilities nearby which was good. The location is ideal and as Belfast is an imminently walkable city the proximity to the new rail/bus centre was ideal and extremely convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the twin room had pretty decent spacing between the beds which was good.

The bathroom extractor fan in our room (518) was very dirty and appears that this has not been cleaned out in a long time, whilst not a major issue it is telling about attention to detail and whether a routine of deep cleaning is being followed. My only other gripe is centralised heating, so despite turning the aircon down to 19, this appears to be switched off overnight, so the room got to a stifling 22 which for me and my guest was not conducive to any form of good sleep.

A reasonable budget hotel competing with chains such as Holiday Inn Express and Premier Inn, though slightly more expensive. My room was clean and modern with blackout curtains, good soundproofing and a consistently good temperature, neither too hot nor too cold. There was a good range of pillows and I slept comfortably in the middle of the bed. There was a good walk-in shower The restaurant menu was the one area where this hotel was ahead of its competitors, with a tasty grilled chicken special and a well cooked salmon meal among the options. Also tasty were the meat and vegetarian sausages at breakfast, which was included in the price of the room and included cooked options, cereals and continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a good hotel.

I was disappointed at the lack of a bath, especially for the price of the room. Some of the bed springs were going at the edge, though this didn't spoil my sleep. Apart from the sausages, most of the options at breakfast were at best average. The range of cereals was very limited. There was also a waffle maker, which a friend showed me how to use; we followed the instructions but the finished product was slightly undercooked and tasted bland and synthetic. I didn't feel the hotel offered anything to justify the higher price than its competitors. If I was staying in Belfast again, I would be comparing prices between hotels of a similar standard.

It's a very handy location just off Great Victoria Street, but quiet for sleeping at night and without much traffic noise during the day. The beds are comfortable, the curtains do a good job of blocking the city lights at night and there's secure and affordable parking just behind the hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. It's still one of the smartest hotels I've found in a budget brand. For those who are interested in such things, it also has a compact gym that looks to be well appointed, given its size. I only used the exercise bike, but everything else looks well maintained. Overall, it really is excellent value.

Breakfast wasn't as tasty as on a previous visit, but still OK.

reception staff excellent and friendly on arrival..previous special requests made by me were listened to and applied to my booking. room and cleanliness exceptional..toiletries supplied were first class..bed very comfortable. breakfast times were wide ranging and choice of food marvellous and varied..easy going atmosphere in the restaurant and staff attentive and approachable..all in all a first class experience..best hotel i have stayed at in Belfast and i travel to the city each year..would without any hesitation stay here again

if i was being picky then perhaps the tea/coffee facilities in room did not quite match the standard of the toiletries supplied...bit more drinks variation on the tray and perhaps small pack of biscuits?..but on the whole no issues at all

Clean, easy to find everything, comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was lovely but the best of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We were only there for a few days for work but their tips with ideas for places to eat and things to see made sure we maxed out the time between work meetings to the full and saw the best of Belfast in a snapshot. They supported us to find good spaces to conduct meetings (their meeting room is great) and helped with out transport back to the airport to make it all so efficient. We would especially give Stephen the General Manager 10/10 for helpfulness and support. All other staff were lovely too but we dealt with Stephen the most.

The hotel was in a really good location. 2 minutes walk from The Crown Pub which was a bonus. The breakfast choices were really good. Can highly recommend their pizzas which were a life saver after having a full day out! Also, we were allowed to have access to our rooms a lot earlier than anticipated which was really good.

Pablo on reception wasn’t very helpful or personable which wasn’t a very good first impression when checking in. Also the TVs don’t connect to your phones etc. so you can’t cast onto them which was disappointing given the price of the hotel.
