A bit pricey and no tea or coffee making facilities

No kettle in the room, so no cup of tea before bed.

The original hotel we booked advised they had closed down so we had to choose an alternative - what a great choice we made. The location is fantastic so close to the Central Station, City Hall where you get the tour buses and ordinary buses and shops and attractions. On arrival the amazing Lewis welcomed us and was very helpful Kevin was also on duty on other occasions and was also helpful. The rooms are not large but they had all that you needed as you only really sleep in them. There are no proper wardrobes just coat hangers on the wall but they work. The shower room is a bit novel but again it works. From what I saw twin rooms are bigger than double rooms and we had a twin for two adults and it was fine. The beds were really comfy. No there are no kettles but it is not difficult to walk 2 minutes to Greggs and get one. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Belfast.

Amazing location. It’s so close to everything you want to see in a quick trip. The check in and staff were great. Bed was comfy and room was fairly dark which is nice. Halls were quiet and room was fairly soundproof. A couple noises here and there but nothing crazy. Great value for what you’re paying.

The shower nozzle sprays all over. It needs a descaling. There could be one or two more hooks. Not sure if we missed something but it seems the air con turns off after a small amount of time and you have to turn it on again. We woke up very hot two times and couldn’t get back to sleep the second time.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—it’s literally right in front of the bus stop for the airport shuttle, which made things really easy. No stress getting to or from the airport. The room was clean, comfy, and totally worth the price. Great value for the money. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it’s super close to a lot of tourist spots, so I could walk to most places I wanted to visit. That saved me a lot of time and effort. Staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and everything just went smoothly.

The frontdesk for check in/out is in another building, you have to go down and out then walk a little bit around the corner. It’s near but still a little inconvenient. There’s no telephone in the room, just one (I think) in the lobby of each floor.

Large room, very clean, safe, friendly and helpful staff, and in an amazing location. Air conditioning! We arrived maybe 2 hours early, but the staff prioritized our room, which was ready after waiting 15 minutes in the cafe. But the cherry on top was the amazing breakfast at the connected downstairs cafe. It wasn't free, but was very cheap. A couple of $4-6 items, with every other meal being $7-10. The coffee was great, as coffee usually is. The food ranged from "good" to "amazing", and portion sizes were between "fair" and "larger than expected". The people that worked there were incredible too, very friendly, and provided great recommendations. They didn't open until 8am, but the one day we were in a hurry, the team expedited coffees and breakfasts for the family within 5 minutes, and we still made the walk to our 8:15am reservation.

That our stay was so short.

Great locatiom in city centre. Had everything necessary to sleep soundly and get ready the next day. Its a no frills experience, as expected, but good valye and felt comfortable as a solo female traveller.

Overall the room and bathroom was clean but it wasnt spotless eg carpets coukd do with a better hoover etc. I wasnt annoyed by this given price and expectations but could slip over time if they dont manage the basics.

Really great hotel. Right in the city centre, close to everything, shops, cafe's, places of interest. It has a cafe connected to the hotel. Clean and quiet surprisingly even when it is within the centre. The bus (300a) stop that goes to the airport is also nearby around 6 mins walk. Room was small but that's what you pay for, and more than good enough for what we needed.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Very close to a number of quick service cafes/ coffee shops and also transport links. Bed was comfy and shower had good pressure.

As there is no expectation for onsite food options at the hotel, it would be great to at least have a self service coffee machine or vending machine somewhere on the property if tea/ coffee is not an in room option.

The hotel was lovely staff were brilliant so helpfull and friendly so 100% to the staff

The room was quiet small but was OK for the 2 nights however tea an coffee facility would of been nice as the pop up cafe had short hours an I love me cuppa tea last thing at night first thing in the morning. Overall it was a very pleasant stay clean an friendly staff that were helpful.
