Bed was the comfiest I've been in. The room was amazing and very clean. We went out for the evening and when we returned, staff had been in the room and prepared it for us for going to bed. Water was left on bedside tables, chocolates were left on our pillows, throw pillows had been removed off the bed, and the curtains had been closed and lights dimmed. The attention to detail was unreal.

Located on a very busy junction, we were located on a lower floor and could hear the traffic quite loud (horns and sirens). When we were getting ready for the day at 10am, one of the cleaners entered our room while we were changing without knocking on the door.

Beautiful hotel in a brilliant location. Bed was so comfy and spacious and room in general was amazing. Decor was fabulous. Small touches like umbrella, candle at the bath tub, playing cards, alarm clock with wireless charger were such a lovely touch. Breakfast very tasty and staff very helpful

There isn’t much I didn’t like. Again I really enjoyed my stay. The location and where our room was located meant it was very noisy with traffic throughout the night. 1 pair of Ear plugs were provided. The lifts were very busy so there was a wait at peak times. Our mini fridge wasn’t cold. These were all very minor and didn’t really effect our stay

The location was amazing. We didn't need to take a taxi to anywhere because everything was walking distance. The breakfast was superb - an extensive buffet and very nice hot options off the menu. They gave us fresh strawberries to have with the granola for which the tops had been taken off. A small but lovely touch. Room was nice and large and so was the bathroom. The concierge was very helpful. We enjoyed the luxury of not having to figure things out for ourselves and letting the concierge guide us. Parking garage was near the hotel and they validated parking so we saved some money on the overnight rate.

Decor of the room was very dark and the bathrooms had black tiles so was a bit gloomy. Price was a bit high but that seems to the problem all across the UK and Ireland.

Only reason I have given the Fitzwillaim an overall low score is because a staff access door on the second floor triple banged when someone went through it. We only discovered what the noise was a day into our stay and mentioned it to the staff attending to the rooms. We were offered a change of rooms, we were in 219, but as we had one night more to stay the hassel didn’t seem worth it. In hindsight we should have taken up the offer. Once fixated we could hear it every time someone went through it. Luckily it didn’t occur at night when the staff weren’t working.

The room was comfortable. The location was fantastic. The amenities box had some cool things in it. I loved Belfast and would probably stay here again due to how good the location is.

When I first got in my room the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, the sink was dirty. The first morning a cleaner entered my room when I was in the shower at 8am!! I had put a do not disturb notice on the door but someone had removed it. Other times I felt like they were knocking on my door more than they needed to and felt almost harassed and that I couldn't relax in my room without housekeeping knocking on my door. The food in the restaurant was a bit overpriced and not that great.

The hotel is located close to the city center, offering many restaurants and service. Our room was big enough for 2 people, with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious as well and clean. The hotel has a valet parking available, but you need to reserve it in advance due to the limited space. However the HOTEL is very close to a large parking area newly built, so you can put your car there as well. The hotel offers a good breakfast served inside their restaurant with a large buffet and a menu. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay

nothing special to report

From the moment we checked in the service was excellent. Our bags where taken to our room. The room was was very clean and decorated really well with some nice touches, the water the selection of teas and coffee plus mini bar. We dined in the restaurant the food was amazing and so was the service. After dinner we went to the bar located beside the reception. It had a great quiet vibe to it which we loved. The service in the bar was exceptional and so was the dirty martinis that my partner was drinking. The lead bar man went above and beyond for everyone. We were to go out for a few drinks to other places, however we stayed the rest of the evening at the hotel bar it was that good. When we returned to our rooms the beds were turned down, with robes on top of the bed with a chocolate for both of us. Bed and pillows amazing. Breakfast was top notch again with great service. We highly recommend the Fitzwilliam to everyone. we will definitely be returning.

Room was very spacious and great view and location was very good to the event we were attending did not eat in hotel so cannot comment. Near to grand central station and shops. Conal at reception was very friendly and efficient check in was at 1pm when we arrived very pleased thankyou Conal and the housekeeping staff . Lady on housekeeping rota on our day from Nepal was so pleasant also. Room and bathroom was beautifully decorated.

We stayed on the 5th floor corridor lighting very dim and shades old fashioned for a 5 star hotel. Musty smell in corridor whilst walking to our room . Carpet needs cleaning 🤔

Everything! The hotel is beautiful and in a brilliant location for exploring the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Had one minor issue with the lights (which on reflection I think may have been user error!) but there was no hesitation from staff to resolve this and it was done so quickly. I was so fortunate to also have my room upgraded at check in - no extra cost. The room was comfortable and spacious, and facilities were to a high standard. The turn down service was a first for me - I loved the little chocolates :) thank you!

Nothing at all! Loved every minute of my stay.

Room comfortable, very clean, well serviced with lovely views. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Breakfast and dinner very good quality. Location excellent for exploring Belfast.

Room, although nice, was a little cramped in places. The clock never worked correctly, despite reporting it. On the first day a chap came and corrected it, but every time we left the room and returned the clock went back to 12. Obviously the back up battery wasn't working, we did report this, but was not correct during our 4 night stay. Not a big issue at all, but worth mentioning.
