Breakfast was good loved that it was included along with the final price. The location was close to the city centre which was nice. The check in and check out was simple and straight forward. Loved the decor and the room was gorgeous the simple little touches such as the chocolates on bed were appreciated. Honestly couldn’t fault much about the hotel itself it was lovely.

The door to our bathroom was quite difficult to work. It was a slide door but everytime we tried to open it from inside the bathroom it would push out and get stuck. Also our view had a view of bins and rubbish and we saw rats right outside next to it which wasn’t nice. The hotel is lovely itself couldn’t fault much but unfortunately the location does let it down a bit, it had trash bags/rubbish along the street, and graffiti, along with a significant amount of derelict buildings, we didn’t feel very safe walking in the evening time, it is a rougher area.

We had room number 1 on the ground floor, which was a large triple room, with a really large bathroom with both bath and disabled shower facilities. The rooms were very nicely decorated and temperature was just right - there were heaters in the room and a fan if needed but room temperature didn't need to be adjusted. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and there was a kitchen just down the hall, where cereal, milk, orange juice, bagels and rolls were available for self-service breakfast. We didn't have breakfast as we had a 7am appointment at the City Hospital which was really close - a street or so away. It was also really close, just a few minutes walk, to Queen's University, which suited well, as we were able to easily meet up with one of our children who was studying there. We didn't explore the area as we were just up for the appointment and know the area well anyway, but can confirm that there are lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs in the area. We were able to sleep well, with no outside noise or noise from other guests to disturb us. Self check-in went smoothly, with both door code and key code sent to us in advance. Car parking was an extra £8 per night which is pretty standard for the area.

Our stay was great as we had a ground floor disabled facilities room. However, just to make people aware, there is no lift to upper floors. if that would be a problem for you.

The Warren is a lovely property just outside the main area of Belfast. While the srea is maybe a 10 minute taxi outside of the centre of town, it is really easily accesible. The self check-in process is very easy and well explained. Our room (for three people) was huge and with an equally huge bathroom. It was really clean and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast room was very clean and well stocked with lots of glasses if you needed them for your room and a basic self-service continental breakfast provided in the morning. It was really great value for money and very well decorated, finished and so clean with lots of lovely little details. Definetely recommend for a trip to Belfast!

Our room was on the ground floor and by the front door, which was noisy at times. It was fine for us as we were out that night so were back late anyway but if tht would annoy you, I would specifically request to stay upstairs.

Exceptionally nice (clean, pretty, quiet) location, and only 25 mins walk from the very center of the city. Great experience with self check in, perfect for introverts and socially anxious people. Instructions are very clear, impossible to get the check in process wrong. I had the loveliest view from my window, and the room itself is very clean, bright and aesthetically pleasing. Bonus points for the option to leave your bag in a closed room after checkout, super convenient, and also no human interaction required.

Very clean, modern, and with excellent amenities. Nested in a lovely area of the city within just 5 5-minute walk away from the QV University grounds, park, museum and botanic gardens. 2 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop servicing the city centre. The kitchen area is nice and practical, with all the mods and cons. Our top-floor room was quiet warm and nicely insulated. Netflix-ready TVs and fast internet were a nice surprise. We loved our stay. I initially didn't know we would be staying on the top floor. If you are someone who dreads climbing stairs, I would advise considering rooms 1-6 rather than 7-11. My mom (70 this year), whom we surprised with the trip, felt like she got A bit of a workout getting to the top floors. (^_^) Staff were prompt to reply and helpful on the phone. We all left very happy.

Nothing, really you can't fault the place.

Good price and location. Easy to find. Not too far from the city centre. Easy checkin. Really comfy bed and nice warm shower. Nice and quiet.

The only thing I would change is the parking instructions. We prepaid and it said to park in the same number space as your room but we couldn't see numbers and it seems these have been removed which caused a bit of confusion. Also the room was freezing. However temperatures in the country dropped massively last week so not directly the accommodations fault.

I felt a lot of thought went into decorating room (Number 1). Very impressed with the bedroom shandeliar lighting the clocks and pictures on the the walls. the windows had secondary glazing which kept out the noise and the room was warm. The large bathroom beautifully done - with a bath and a shower and lots of mirrors! On the whole the room was spacious and clean - I really loved the teacups very pretty and created a sense of class. Biscuits and a chocolate a thoughtful accompaniment. I was happy with self service breakfast. I would give The Warren a definite 10 star stay!

It is ideally located within walking distance of Central Belfast, including sites like the botanical gardens and easy walking distance from the Titanic Museum. This is a contactless hotel, where you don’t actually connect with staff at check-in or in general (although we did bump into the kind fellow cleaning our room), but they are always available via WhatsApp and very, very responsive. Additionally, there is a nicely appointed kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast, mainly continental, at any time between 7 AM and 11 AM.

There was nothing to dislike, however, the room we got, very clean and nicely appointed, simply didn’t match the vibe of the rest of the hotel, which had a more elegant air in the photos we saw online. That was simply our room. The property as a whole was as pictured and very nice.

What a gem in the city. Our room was the Antrim room which is beautiful and even though it seems to be in a very popular lively part of the city our room was very quiet and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was continental and there was plenty of cereal, breads, juice & fruit to choose from. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The bathroom has a few quirks. As it's an accessible room the bathroom is a wet room so be sure to not leave your clothes on the floor as the water goes everywhere but it's nothing that can't be dealt with.

Contact with the owner was prompt. Good instructions. Excellent cleanliness throughout. Loved my room, perfect for the solo traveller. Had everything I needed, hairdryer, ensuite, towels and lovely chocs on arrival. Car parking was excellent and needed. The location was excellent to the venue I was attending. Comfy bed with decent pillows and duvet. Hanging space for clothes and drawers too. Kettle and tea/ biscuits. The information booklet was well put together and very useful. I would have loved a few more nights. The kitchen was well stocked and set out suitably for efficient self service. Decent affordable price so definitely keep it in mind for future visits to Belfast. Bit of loud music in the middle of night around 3am, not sure where it was coming from but thankfully it stopped after about 20 minutes. A few more hangers would be useful as we ladies don't travel light even for one night.
