Lots of great things to say about this hotel. Warm welcome, spotlessly clean room, facilities as expected, and location very close to Queens University with a huge variety of bars and eating establishments on the doorstep, Having said that, its only a 15/20 minute walk into the city centre, with everything it has to offer. A particular thank you to Amanda on reception who was very friendly and helpful.

Guests allowing their doors to slam close on their departure was disturbing early in the mornings especially as we were on holiday and looking for to lie in.

I must tell that the staff was fantastic ,,Everybody was willing to look after any question or request or even problem had any of the guests ,,,Polite ,Smart,Willng and open hearted ,,,Everybody and its one of the few times i met such a team in my travels and at the hotels ,,,Congratulations ,really ,,Special and rare ,human ,atmosphere ,,And the spot is in one of the best possible neighbourhoods in Belfast ..Near the botanic gardens ,the Ulster museum ,the Incredible Univeristy of Belfast and the historic surrounds of it and pretty close to a nice part of the river !

Only if the hotel tv included sports channels ,,,and maybe a little fridge ,,,

Good basic accommodation in a great location of Belfast . Must mention that the staff were lovely and very accommodating.. Always on hand to help. Room was basic but very clean. Bed was comfortable. and given the popular location , it was quiet at night which was a bonus. I had an issue with the shower door not opening which was a bit scary but a member of staff got this sorted out shortly afterwards. Also found air con noisy so just stood on a chair and switched it off each time I came back to the room. All in all good value for money.

Some water in the room and some tissues would have been a nice touch.

Perfectly located for exploring Queens Quarter in Belfast, with lots of small supermarkets nearby, Deanes at Queens great value at lunch - and for sightseeing, the university campus, Botanic Park & the Ulster Museum shouldn’t be missed. Rooms compact and plain, as you would expect from this level of Ibis hotel, but perfectly adequate and bed v comfortable. Breakfast included 5 cooked-to-order options alongside continental, which was a nice surprise. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Having stayed there, we would definitely drop into the bar here as non-residents on an evening when we needed somewhere calm to sit for a while – pleasantly decorated with a nod to the Belfast context and unusually they have a Franciscan Well pale ale on tap. All in all this hotel punched above its weight.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the entrance welcoming and bright. My room was spacious, fabulous bed and self contained shower unit. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice for cooked breakfast, continental also good. It was great to have the bar onsite, and pizza available for an in house meal, 24/7! The street and surroundings were good, next to a church, I could hear the hymns Sunday morning. Walking distance to Botanic Gardens and Ulster museum, there is a train station nearby too.

Little bit noisy, but OK after 11pm. There was a group of young people from Argentina visiting, so youthful energy! Could have done with a few more teabags in room, no more that two provided for my stay. There were coffee sachets, but can't do with Nescafe!

The staff were very helpful, friendly and approachable. Anything we needed, they were able to accommodate. They directed us to places of interest in the area, e.g the Botanic gardens, and arranged a taxi for us when we were leaving. The hotel has great access to shops and public transport. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely book again.

I felt that the breakfast area was a bit lacking in supplies, namely cutlery, glassware and cups. It was a case of asking for one thing and then realising that something else was missing. The staff were very helpful in getting things, but I felt that there should have been a good stock of everything. It just seemed a bit sparse.

Great location, helpful staff, easy check in and check out process. Full transparency on pricing and availability. Very spacious room, comfy bed and well cleaned throughout my stay. Great amenities supplied.

The breakfast options were not the best. Very little to choose from and not the best tasting compared to other Travelodge hotels I’ve stayed at. Would recommend eating out if you stay at this location.

On arrival I was asked if we wanted discounted breakfast each morning. The staff were lovely and told us about the 24/7 pizza we could get. If you left the card facing the right way, your room would be cleaned and refilled. Clean and big, bedroom.

We got back from my birthday at Titanic tour and asked about the discounted breakfast, so we could have it the next day, that was when we were leaving. Was told we were too late to have it at discounted but could pay full price.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was nice to have the bar and restaurant in the hotel. Our room looked onto a beautiful church which was nice. The location was great, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and St. George's Market.

There was no good place to put our 2 suitcases. We did ask for a couple of luggage stands and they brought us one which was helpful. Additional shelving in the bathroom and counter space in the room would be helpful.
