The house was located in a convenient location just off the lisburn road with nearby bus stop into town or a 10 minute walk. There was lots of cafes and resteraunts and a small co op for groceries. The house was clean and spacious with comfy beds.

If we had brought a car we would not have got parked near the property. It is a mix of private and student accommodation and students tended to take the parking spaces. Bins were overflowing and because of the wind,rubbish was blowing all over the streets.

Lovely and clean and an ideal base. Good facilities and tea/coffee provided. Nice touch with the bottle of wine and crisps too. Owners easy to contact and good info provided. Some building work at the rear of property and a bit noisy from about 7am. Looking past the crane and diggers the views of the countryside were lovely. All in all a great base for our family of 7 and within easy to reach the venue of the wedding we were guests at and fairly close to city centre and attractions. Parking right outside too.

One of the beds we could feel springs so perhaps needs replacing but the other beds were very comfy.

This house is well decorated and spacious and within a 15-minute walk to the centre. We stayed as a group of 7 women and each bed had two towels per person on it, and each bedroom had a hairdryer left in it. There were little sachets of body wash/shampoo left, which was nice. We had brought our own. The owners were very accommodating and allowed early check-in for us. In the kitchen, they had left a bottle of wine and local crisps for when we arrived. All parts of the house have little labels on for using appliances/keys/setting the heating, etc. There were also two bathrooms, the main bathroom and an en-suite, which we weren't aware of until arrival, so it was a nice surprise. U

The stairs are really creaky and loud, which woke people up. The walls are very thin. You could clearly hear conversations even if you were on a different floor. It's very cold sleeping under the skylight on the top floor in both rooms. There is a constant draught.

The house was so immaculately clean and very modern with everything a family would need for a break in belfast, we had to contact the owners regarding something small and had it sorted in no time at all. The attention to detail in the house was amazing and the location is so close to town with loads of bar’s restaurants and take aways a few minutes walk away. We will definitely use this place again.

Great location. Nice crockery. TV apps were great. Good kitchen. Thank you for the bottle of wine!

Water pressure in showers were weak. Would have been nice to know there was a building site next door.

Nice company , plenty of courtesy calls from the group to see if we're all OK. Well kept house Great location, 20mins walk to town. Good bus routes. Lots of food places near by .

Location was great just a short taxi journey into city center. 15 minute walk. Admin were very friendly anytime we needed to contact them. All round very happy with this accommodation and would recommend it to friends

Everything was as described, a very clean apartment with all the equipment that you need during your holidays. The location is good, close to the bus station and only a 15min walk to the center. We received wine and crisps from the owners. Overall, a great experience and would recommend to anymore.

No faults really. A proper coffee machine would be a nice addition.
