I thought the value for money at this hotel was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was also lovely, but I would have loved some pastries on the buffet table!

There was a security function on the door that very nearly led to a disaster when I got locked out of my room the morning I was leaving. I must have hit a button by mistake as I left the room and no key card would work to open it. Only for one of the breakfast staff being able to get into the office to fix the issue I would have really been in trouble. Again, the staff was phenomenal when I needed help, but the function should definitely be advertised more or removed altogether from the doors!

The hotel was conveniently located near to work. It is an impressive building. The room was quiet & clean. The staff were all friendly & helpful. The food was excellent, breakfast & dinner. Regarding the staff, while they were all very good, Paula in the restaurant/bar was outstanding - easy on the eye, a good sense of humour, & very considerate to all diners, including my colleague & I.

Too much food!!! The breakfast was occasionally missing an item - just as well, I suppose.

The absolute brilliance of such a home from home homely friendly welcome. I had travelled in the early hours from Cork to attend a Cartickmore Drama Festival I left word that I would be checking in late I arrived @ hotel 2am approx Was met by lovely friendly Martin Room was still nice cosy & warm especially as it was such a dreadful cold windy night . Woh what such a most comfortable stay Martin kindly arranged Breakfast at suitable time. Met Amy I & Amy 2 & Micky Woh what a breakfast absolutely fit for a king in one of the most comfortable relaxing ambience setting that I have encountered in my wide travels Amy was so attentive so caring & above all so interested in how was my stay etc Next morning

Staff were really friendly. We arrived at the check in time on booking.com which was 2pm.but were told by staff check-in was actually 3pm. We had a short wait for our room because of this. The room was really nicely decorated albeit a bit small, but we weren't going to be in it much so it was fine for us. Hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the town centre. Breakfast was cooked to order and was really nice.

Evening meal was excellent and the staff were very good and helpful both at check in and in the bar in the evening. The room was very good with everything you need for an overnight stay. Did not have breakfast as left early.

It was a good location, and easy to find. Good facilities and compared to other hotels was reasonably priced. Good car park and friendly staff.

The receptionist helped me with my bags . As there did not seem to be a lift. I loved breakfast. Very tasty and lovely. The heads were very comfortable. Lovely and clean rooms. The bar was very nicely decorated. Very pleasant stay.

Breakfast is amazing. Our second visit and we were given an upgrade to the honeymoon suite with fab jacuzzi. Only negative, no water in the room, and a bit too much neon and crystals, but that's my personal taste.

We liked the setting - in quiet private grounds with plenty of parking spaces. Our room was well equipped with tea/coffee supplies and with toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the meals ( breakfast and dinner) were excellent.

Fantastic staff and loved the bar upstairs to have your dinner in on an evening, along with Xmas decor.

Breakfast either cooked or cereal, maybe a choice of fruit and yogurt but just personal preference

Cute hotel just outside the town, (10 minutes walk). From reception to restaurant staff, everyone was amazing, so helpful & friendly. Breakfast was delicious, always rather food cooked to order over buffet style. Eggs were cooked to perfection!!

No negative comments, hotel was as described.
