The location of the BnB was perfect for what we needed we were working just outside the town and staff were excellent and couldn’t be more helpful. Rooms were spotless beds were really comfortable and shower was excellent. We had breakfast every morning which was fantastic great selection of hot breakfasts or cold. The host jay jay could not have been more helpful with sorting our rooms and even extending our rooms for extra couple of nights.Also the pub down stairs had brilliant atmosphere,friendly locals, fantastic for watching sports and great Guinness!

The location of this property was excellent, right in the middle of the town centre. The staff were great, particularly the staff who made the breakfast, the breakfast was lovely with a good choice, and freshly cooked.

The noise in the family room when the bar was open, was very noisy late at night, also the room on the main street was noisy when the window was open, but was ok with the window closed.

Everything thing was done efficiently and very much appreciated.

Everything I expected from the establishment was meet with the utmost courtice, and very impressed with all of them.

I liked everything. The rooms were spotless and comfy. The breakfast was 1st class as was the friendly service from cara and lisa in the kitchen, nothing was too much for them, always smiling and very friendly and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. Step out the door, and you're literally on the main street where there are ample shops. This hotel is a hidden gem. We will definitely return.

The property is in an excellent location and we easily found it. There’s only parking available on the street but we had no issue locating a parking space near the property despite the street appearing to be busy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the staff nice and pleasant. We enjoyed the late check out at 11am. The breakfast was excellent and prepared us for the day. We think it's a good place to stay and we would be happy to stay again.

I would recommend a toilet seat that fits the actual toilet. In the room that we were in the smell from Subway was quite strong.

Enjoyed living above the pub - trad music Sunday night. Great atmosphere ! Staff very friendly and helpful . The room was spacious ,light and clean. Easy free street parking- eating places close by . Would highly recommend Rusty Keg for dinner - a 5 minute walk from Belfast House.

Cookstown is well located for driving to many locations in Northern Ireland

Our room overlooked some traffic lights, but there was no privacy curtains; unless the blackout blinds were drawn, there was no privacy from overlooking rooms or cars and pedestrians waiting for lights.

We had the most amazing 5 nights at Belfast House. The room was comfy and perfect for what we needed, the breakfast was absolutely delicious...Lisa looks after us and made us feel so welcome...such a lovely lady, we will be back and would 100% recommend you to friends and family..thanks again Lisa! We also enjoyed great nights in the bar! 😁😁 Tracey & Dave

Great location, clean and tidy with excellent facilities. You get a key to the door to come and go as you please, breakfast was nice with help yourself cereal and toast, tea and coffee making facilities and a good cooked breakfast. There is a small kitchen area with microwave, fridge and plate etc for use throughout the day too. Its right above the pub with live music Friday and Saturday to enjoy. Lots of local shops, bars, coffee shops and nature to explore.

Only downsides for me, no car park and limited parking outside hotel and the pillows were too hard for me.

Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly JJ who cooked a lovely fried breakfast. The rooms are a little small but adequate and comfortable. Despite being located above a pub, we were not disturbed by noise. Excellent value for money.

There is no designated parking and on occasions it was not easy to find parking nearby.
