Just a really lovely place. Martina was so friendly and welcoming. There was a lovely little home made bun (cupcake) in my room, such a lovely touch. Unfortunately I could not eat the fabulous looking breakfast, I was training at the time for a physique photoshoot so had to have my own food. This was absolutely no problem for Martina. I feel I need to go back to experience the gorgeous breakfast. Very comfortable room. Would highly recommend this guesthouse.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. I travel extensively for work, and this was one of the nicest stays I’ve experienced—truly a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. The home baked caramel shortcake waiting in the room on arrival was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was exceptional, one of the best I’ve ever had—so fresh and with such generous portions! Excellent parking! Plus, it’s just a short walk into the centre of Magherafelt. I’ve already recommended this place to many others.

Eamon and Martina were the perfect hosts and we felt very lucky to have found Brooke Lodge. Everywhere was very clean, comfy bed and a great shower. The breakfast was plentiful, lots to choose from, after prebooking it the night before you get exactly what you want. Martina was very helpful in finding some local knowledge for us and we thank her for that. We would not hesitate recommending Brooke Lodge it was a pleasure and would like to think we would be back in the future Thankyou

Great breakfast - cooked or continental - and a short walk into Magherafelt centre where there are restaurants and bars. Short drive to Belaghy and Seamus Heaney HomePlace as well as near Lough Neagh and Lough Beg. Our hosts' attention to detail both in the accommodation and in the breakfast room make for a really enjoyable stay. Spacious room and lovely en suite.

Fantastic place to stay! More than cozy homely superB clean rooms with coffee making facilities and complimentary authentic local buns. Soo tasty! The owners Martina and Eamon made us feel so so welcomed, made sure we have everything and definitely walked an extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. We felt spoiled and just like home. Brook Lodge is an exceptional four-star boutiqud B&B. The owners are kind, generous and helpful. The rooms are large, spotless and very well appointed. The breakfast is amazing. This is a good location for exploring Northern Ireland and, if you have a car, visiting Belfast or Londonderry. Highly recommend without reservation.

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was exceptional here, great choice and all well cooked and so tasty. Martina and Eamon were so welcoming and friendly, room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, there was even a little homemade bun for us in the room with the tea and coffee facilities which was so lovely. Cannot recommend this place enough.

So much to like! Very friendly, helpful & welcoming hosts. Superb breakfast with lots of choices, delicious cooked breakfast with perfect poached eggs. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom, lovely decor, big tv... and I love the home baked cake on the tea tray. Good quality bathroom products. I'm looking forward to staying again.

Wifi flakey at times (though first night BT fault), which I needed as phone signal poor. Location is very convenient, either for getting into town or to the bypass, but this does mean there's an amount of traffic early in the mornings

Absolutely fantastic place to stay so near everything for touring around ,Top class food,Top class comfort & top quality bedding & Chairs.The service was Amazing ,What a Top class couple couldn't do enough for us. Lovely friendly well run B&B. Less than 10 min walk into town. The room was extremely clean and the bed very comfy. We were facing the road and so there was a little noise from that, but we live in London so it was nothing to us. Breakfast was delicious. Stayed here as was visiting OM Dark Skys which was about 30 min drive. Would definitely stay here again.
