The location was good to reach by car and the house was clean and tidy with all basic amenities in place with kitchen. The grocery stores like Lidl, ASDA were close by.

There was a slight confusion that the breakfast would be provided even though its a B&B and we had booked self catering. So it would be better if it would be specified in the website that breakfast and self catering are mutually exclusive. The lady also agreed that they will make the amendments to avoid the confusion for future customers but it was a not issue for us since Lidl was closeby. The WIFI connectivity can be improved since it was not very strong and dropping most of the times.

Very comfortable welcoming property hosts go above and beyond to accommodate every request and help in every aspect of requests .Would definitely recommend for peace and relaxation looking forward to returning and informing friends and relatives of excellent accommodation

The staff were unobtrusive yet always there when needed. The room was large and had everything we needed with thoughtful extras like a pen and note pad. Bert, whose show it seems to be, cooked us a great breakfast pretty early as we unfortunately had to be on our way. Bacon, eggs, sausages and tomato with plenty of toast. A great place to stay for a night on the tourist highway of life.

Kicked all the goals. Only irritation was such a small shower in such a large bathroom. Looked like a TARDIS on the outside, felt like a phone box on the inside.

The owner Carol was so kind and helpful to us when we had some car trouble. The flat was lovely and homely, cosy and comfortable couch and beds. Tv, showers, kitchen perfect. Located near a good retail park and a short drive to Belfast to see the sights. I would recommend.

Spacious, extremely clean and the bonus was an exceptional hostess. We arrived during Storm Darragh and unfortunately the majority of the area was without any power. Carol and her son did everything possible to ensure we had heating via a portable gas heater, candles and torches for lighting, plus warm drinks and soup.

Nothing to not like

The gentleman that cooked breakfast for us was an excellent and friendly host. He went out of his way to cater for my gluten-free need. He also told us where we could get an evening meal, in a nearby hotel.

The shower worked fine,but the shower enclosure was a bit small. Restricted one's arm movements when showering - I'm used to a bigger one at home. Apart from that, no problems.

Everything was fine. Made use of the clothes washer and dryer. The breakfast was nice and filling, and with plenty of options: bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, cereal, toast, fruit.

Not a lot of amenities in the area for those traveling without access to own transportation. Not a problem for us but thought worthy of mention.

The location is excellent, with the Tube being very close. The self-check-in process worked flawlessly, and the apartment is exceptionally spacious—perfect for 10 people.

Cleanliness did leave something to be desired. The beds are not the most comfortable.

Room was very spacious and well equipped, quiet location, family run by lovely couple. multiple rooms if a party attends.

Everything as excellent. My daughter is vegetarian so breakfast was very limited - would have been nice to have veggie sausages or hash browns ( only egg and tomato offered ) Fine of non vegetarian
