It is hard to find the right words to describe my impression of this guesthouse, which in every respect exceeded my expectations. The location is very convenient - close to the airport, yet pleasantly set a little apart by the main road. The property is maintained in excellent condition, with spotless rooms and a recent renovation. The rooms are spacious, with large, comfortable beds. Breakfast deserves a special mention. The selection is truly impressive - toast, muesli, yoghurts, fruit, as well as a full traditional hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausages, and beans. This beautiful B&B had a very welcoming feel and the hosts and their housekeeper offered a level of service that was exceptional. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous with an array of fresh fruit and cereal buffet, followed by a fresh home cooked breakfast to order. I have already recommended this gem to my family and friends and would definitely stay here again.

This is not a negative comment, more a word of advice. The accommodation is set in a rural location with great access to the airport and main roads/ motorway for travellers and business but a car is a must, as public transport is not easily accessed. Anyone experiencing their first stay will definitely stay again.

The welcome we received could not have been better. We were greeted by Lorraine the housekeeper(?) as the owners were away on holiday until the Sunday. Lorraine greeted us more like friends than paying guests as did Charles and Siobhan when they returned on the Sunday. The rooms were very large and the en-suite had the choice of a bath or shower. The full Irish breakfast could not be faulted.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike and we would book a stay here again if we ever pay another visit to Northern Ireland.

Room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage. Although room was traditionally decorated, the bathroom was clearly fairly recently done and very modern with a good shower. It is very handy for the airport, though that does mean it's located on a busy road, but the double-glazing is good and the traffic noise not too bad with the windows shut. Plenty of choice at breakfast, with cereals, fruit etc... I only stayed one night and was in a rush to catch a flight so I just asked for poached eggs on toast, which were very good.

It's a good choice to be close to the airport, but wouldn't choose for a longer stay, due to the isolated location.

Location is great.. The breakfast is absolutely lovely, cereals, yogurts and fresh fruits that you can help yourself to You can place an order for cooked breakfasts or if you prefer something else... ask for poached eggs/scrambled eggs on toast amazing Tea & coffee along with a carafe of freshly squeezed orange juice was brought to the table A beautiful dining area Accommodation - the bedrooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are spacious

Room was nice and clean, beds really comfy, well serviced and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to get our room ready early and charles gave us a lift back to tne airport. Cooked breakfast was tasty.

The only negative.would.be that due to the quite remote location it made getting a taxi quite difficult, but if you have your own vehicle this would make for a great base and can't be faulted.

Very convenient for the airport. The rooms were very nice and had everything in them that you need. My room was very big. There is a lounge for residents too. There was a good choice for breakfast and you wouldn't leave hungry!! A good base to travel to sights in Northern Ireland as good road links. My daughter was leaving at 545 and owner rang us before we left and advised us that there was a queue at drop off and to drop her elsewhere. This was above and beyond what he needed to do. I would definitely stay again.

Only criticism is the property is on a main road so traffic noise can be heard but the plus side is so near to the airport.

Excellent short stay. Since I had an early flight out of Belfast airport I used this house for my night stay. Really pleased about the overall experience and the owner also helped me with an issue I had in the morning to reach the airport. Highly recommended.

There is nothing of interest around the house. Not that this affected me in any way. But, if you have your own transport it should not be a problem.

the hotel was lovely ,staff very friendly , the room was beautiful everything you need and very clean and comfortable. the lounge was lovely decoration on point very comfy and relaxing . The owner even gave us a lift to airport as it was very early morning , Breakfast was amazing all the usual plus a lovely ulster breakfast set us up for the day Would highly reccomend staying here you wont regret it and very reasonably priced . we would def stay again

nothing was perfect

My mum and I were given the utmost care and consideration, including ground floor access for my mum, an interest in how we were spending our time, amazing breakfasts, and a couple of extra bits we requested. The room was a good size, the ensuite was amazing and the beds were comfortable.

I'd only be nit-picking in this bit. It would have been good for more veggie/vegan options with breakfast. They also tidied our room up every morning and replaced the towels. We didn't feel we needed this done and it would have been nice for this to be done at request rather than done without us realising until we got back to our room!
