The rooms where very clean comfortable and well laid out, there was a full length mirror in the room, the dressing table area had a mirror and hairdryer where they should be the telly faced to the 2 single beds. 2 comfy chairs and table to sit and have your first cuppa of the day. Nicely decorated, Evening meals where delicious, however breakfast was mediocre, there was black pudding advertised on the breakfast yet there was none, however when asked for it was provided, it would have been better to have it out so you could enjoy your full breakfast together. The soda bread was hard from sitting out uncovered for to long. Other than those issues it was ok.

Room was huge, quiet and modern Great night sleep Food, car park was full, think a lot of people come for the dinner, breakfast was great too 30 mins from Larne, stayed there to do Antrim 1/2 marathon, I’d recommend staying the night before the race - the drive in was grand and race was 11.30 start so plenty of time (seemed like the best option available when booking and didn’t disappoint)

Nothing really. Breakfast maybe could have started a little earlier (8am for Sunday).

This is a lovely hotel, with beautiful bright bedrooms and welcoming staff. We had a lovely dinner on the friday night and a great breakfast the following morning. The staff were pleasant and helpful and they made you feel that nothing was too much bother. If you are going to Belfast for the day and are staying over, I would recommend staying here. It's only 25 minutes away from Belfast straight down the M2, car parking is free and it's a lovely place to stay. I will definitely be back.

The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard. The bed was really comfortable and room airy. It was quiet at night for a busy hotel. Dinner was excellent and staff very efficient. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and again staff exceptional. Front desk were very helpful.

Hairdryer in the room - really slow and not much heat from it. If this was upgraded it would be far better. Other than that everything was great.

The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were lovely, especially Kathryn on reception. Hopefully I got the name right! We also enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price of our stay. Great location, close to motorway.

While the facilities in the room were good, it would have been nice to have a mini fridge. The housekeeping staff were great but also a little loud in the corridors when we were trying to sleep in the mornings - we are probably just lazy though.

The last on reception who checked is in was incredibly pleasant. A smile, genuine caring about our needs as a mum and adult son. Explained everything. So helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel itself was grand on arrival in the reception area with comfortable seating and very clean.

It wasn't the easiest place to notice from the main road and the turning was easily missed. But other than this, there was not a single thing to complain about.

Lovely hotel with spacious bedroom which seemed to be recently refurbished. Evening meal was very good with extensive menu. Attended a conference on the Saturday and again the meal was excellent. Plenty of seating in the foyer area.

Only downside was that the cooked breakfast at the weekend didn’t start until 8:00pm which meant a bit of a rush before the conference started but wouldn’t normally be a problem if staying to visit the area.

Warm and friendly staff. Well layed out and easy to navigate. Room was spacious with a large smart tv and a large bathroom with large thermostatic shower. Restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food was outstanding and reasonably priced.

There were a few scattered cobwebs in difficult to reach places but other than that, everything was very clean.

coffee bags in room - does not make a great coffee coffee at breakfast - tasted like water and overall not great. bad smell of body odour lingering in hallways where rooms were on ground floor, however, when notified, staff made sure to address the issue, maybe some plug in air fresheners would help !

Friendly and welcoming staff. The place feels like home each time you come back it's like you never left.

The hotel was exceptional and staff were helpful thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble This Hotel had nothing that I could say I didn't like.
