Staff were very friendly. Cottages were very clean and had everything that you needed to make your stay comfortable. Good parking and informative welcome pack. The breakfast pack was also a nice touch, as were the robes and slippers to wear across to the spa.

Unfortunately the steam room wasn't working in the spa which was disappointing and a couple in the group found in difficult to access the hot tub as there was no support rail or steps into it. 11am checkout was quite early and it would be good if the spa stayed open a bit later for cottage guests.

A very welcoming recetionist, with nothing too much of a problem. Allowed us to get ready for a wedding in the spa as we were before check-in time. All staff very friendly, cottage had everything that you needed and pool/hot tub a nice bonus. A really lovely stay.

Nothing, it was perfect for a 2 night break.

Second stay in a beautiful cottage. Comfortable beds and good pillows and duvets. Cottages are warm and cosy. Kitchen well equipped. Warm pool, warmer hot tub with lovely views. Excellent spa treatments. The tea room on site is so lovely and good value. After all that, the best thing about this accommodation is the staff who go out of their way to make your stay special

Nothing really, robes could be mended but minor detail

The cottage was lovely kitchen very well equipped if u wanted to cook. A welcome pack soda bread butter jam tea & coffee sugar very helpful. Lovely tea room for breakfast tea coffee cake afternoon tea. The spa was was wonderful our favourite thing when we go away. Staff all very helpful & courteous. Just one thing something to help u get in & out of hot tub as built into ground a wee seat to sit on & rail would be really helpful.

The cottages were excellent and had everything you need . .welcome park was a lovely wee surprise ...beds were very comfortable..the cottages are just beautiful and the spa facilities were excellent...beautiful settings..couldnt wish for a nicer place ...defo be back

Stacy was there waiting to greet us She told us all about the facilities Age told us to drive our cars round for ease of loading and i Unloading. Always very helpful

The couches were small, lounging wasn't as comfortable as it could be

The spa obviously and the surroundings,donkeys n ducks n chickens lol very private where the staff don't intrude.very relaxing

Not a full criticism because the spa was gorgeous but would be lovely if it was open a wee bit longer only check in at 3pm n closes at 6pm by the time we got settled and in there wasn't tons of time then same next day as open at 9.15 n checkout by 11 but it was great time there

Not to far out of the town but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. The Jamison Tea Rooms are in a beautiful setting, staff so friendly and the food was amazing. I knew it was pet friendly but they went above and beyond for my wee border collie.

I can honestly say there was nothing to complain about. The location, the friendliness of everyone we came in contact with.

A lovely country retreat about 15mins from Belfast. Cottage was very clean & well maintained, the Spa and Pool were a real treat, the Tea Room onsite was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.

The outside areas - car park, walls etc could do with a little tidying up

Cottage was beautiful and kitchen very well stocked if you wanted to cook. Staff were keen that you would let them know if you needed anything. Very quiet at night. Lovely rural area, pool, hot tub and steam room available. Spa treatments on site, I would advise to book early. Places to eat within a few minutes drive but if you need a taxi try to book well in advance.
