Carol and the rest of the staff couldn’t have done enough for me. As I’d travelled across to the area for a wedding from Newcastle, I was struggling with timings, but Carol arranged a late check out for me as a gesture of goodwill instantly. Beyond this, the room was perfect. Clean, comfortable and a handy smart TV which helped being alone for the night! Then upon check out, the staff at breakfast were super friendly and polite, which was just the cherry on the cake. Highly recommend if you need a no fuss, stress free stay!

It is very close to the ferry terminal in Larne so ideal for us. It is dog friendly and makes no extra charge, unlike some places which charge crazy amounts per night. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Our host was very helpful and friendly. There is a pub that does good food a short walk away. This is the best value place I have stayed at in a long time.

Very nice staff, we stayed to take the ferry early morning and they also offered an early breakfast for those taking the ferry which was very appreciated. The room was also lovely & comfy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when needed for the ferry.

Room was nice and clean - only little point is that the blind for the sky window was broken so we couldn't close it to prevent lights from the street/harbourg nearby.

On our trip to Scotland we stayed at seven different Bed & Breakfast facilities and I would say that the Seaview House Bed & Breakfast was my favorite. It was so uniquely decorated, furnished and comfortable! We were just delighted to be there and the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable, as was our bathroom. The breakfast was prepared and cooked just for us and was delicious. In addition to our cooked breakfast, there were all kinds of cereals, breads, cheese, and fruit available.

The only thing l can think of is that the property is called Seaview, but we couldn’t see the sea! Everything else was amazing.

Thank you for a lovely stay it was spotlessly clean, reasonably priced which is rare nowadays, centrally located, staff very friendly and welcoming, comfy bed, and delicious breakfast. And I love the modern style of the rooms.

it was very hot at night, they do give fans but the one in my room wasn't blowing enough air and just a tip to add little shampoos to rooms

Proximity to P&O car ferry harbour and to Train into Belfast which saved me using my car. Quiet, clean and very helpful supportive staff. It is also ideally located for exploring the Causeway Coastal route and the associated Crown of Thrones film locations.

The next door property was initially a distraction but the friendliness of staff and the ambiance of SeaView means it is a distraction easily overcome and once inside you obviously don’t notice.

Location was superb. The range of items for breakfast was excellent . Cooked breakfast was very well cooked, presented and great quality, Amazing value for money. The size of shower in the family room was great

In the family room bathroom the sink was so small we could only just get the kettle under the tap, could do with being a full size sink.. The shower tray was very slippy when in use, could do with handrail and non slip mat. The weather was extremely hot and the fan provided wasnt at all effective.

Spotless, comfortable and cozy room. Carol was a very welcoming and attentive host. The breakfast was spectacular, loved it. Toiletries and towels provided which is always great. Can't fault it, will 100% stay again if I'm ever back in the area! Thank you for a fantastic stay.

The rooms where very well decorated & well looked after + The toilet & shower are spotles ! like the rest of the House, breakfast was very good' plenty of choice, Wifi code is on the wall of every floor, very good reception 5G.
