I stayed for one night at the tale end of a 2 week roadtrip and having stayed in 8 different properties during the trip, Seaview set the standard for what hospitality should be. The hosts genuine warmth and enthusiasm made me feel less like a guest and more like a cherished friend returning home. Every interaction was filled with warmth and thoughtful recommendations, including a lovely seafront walk to stretch my legs - nestled away from the hustle and bustle, Seaview was wonderfully peaceful and the decor throughout was wonderfully modern, with lovely touches including water in the rooms which was lovely for a parched traveller. Also loved the multiplicity of pillows which were so comfy. Breakfast was yummy with a self service buffet and scrummy full breakfast and omelettes available, I had to be on the road early or would have lingered in the breakfast room. If you're looking for a place that will exceed every expectation and remind you why travel can be so magical, stop looking – you've found it. This B&B represents everything that's wonderful about small, family-run hospitality. Book immediately, and prepare to be absolutely enchanted, I'll be back as soon as I can! the host was lovely, ensured everything was comfortable and organised for us (and for the little one which is most important for me) and it was relaxing being there. host was so chatty and kind, made us all feel very welcome. we were able to leave after check in and get some dinner at kfc a few minutes walk away, then came back to the property to get sorted for bed. breakfast in the morning was great, shower was lovely and beds were comfortable. location was brilliant, we are a long distance family (im from scotland and partner from NI), we travel monthly to northern ireland - due to late ferry we decided b&b would be easiest (we hadn’t booked b&b’s before) and will definitely be planning to stay there again.

Carol and the rest of the staff couldn’t have done enough for me. As I’d travelled across to the area for a wedding from Newcastle, I was struggling with timings, but Carol arranged a late check out for me as a gesture of goodwill instantly. Beyond this, the room was perfect. Clean, comfortable and a handy smart TV which helped being alone for the night! Then upon check out, the staff at breakfast were super friendly and polite, which was just the cherry on the cake. Highly recommend if you need a no fuss, stress free stay!

Always love our stay in Seaview, the breakfast was just amazing & Carol is always so welcoming.

We can never fault our stay in Seaview, our only downfall was the shape of the room being on the top floor the roof was slanted. With a few to many vodka your nearly banging your head off it when you get out of bed to use the toilet lol! But overall yet another fabulous stay, already planning our next visit.

It is very close to the ferry terminal in Larne so ideal for us. It is dog friendly and makes no extra charge, unlike some places which charge crazy amounts per night. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Our host was very helpful and friendly. There is a pub that does good food a short walk away. This is the best value place I have stayed at in a long time.

Very nice staff, we stayed to take the ferry early morning and they also offered an early breakfast for those taking the ferry which was very appreciated. The room was also lovely & comfy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when needed for the ferry.

Room was nice and clean - only little point is that the blind for the sky window was broken so we couldn't close it to prevent lights from the street/harbourg nearby.

We parked in a car park across the road and received a friendly greeting on arrival. The room had all we needed, clean, comfy bed with a good shower The breakfast was excellent! They were quick to recommend local pubs for an evening meal.

Initially the exterior of the building seemed shabby, but I had no need to worry!

This place is steps away from the Ferry Port to cross from Ireland to Scotland. We stayed there instead of Edinburgh to avoid the one-hour drive to the Ferry Port. We were able to take the first Ferry at 7:00 am. The Staff was super, and Breakfast was superb. Accommodations were super comfy.

Friendly hostess - tick. Quiet room - tick. Comfortable bed - tick. Tea/Coffee in room - tick. Brilliant breakfast - tick. Close to Farne Harbour Train Station & the Ferry Terminal - tick.

The only thing l can think of is that the property is called Seaview, but we couldn’t see the sea! Everything else was amazing.
