From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness by Heather and Tom. Their hospitality truly made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious, homely breakfast, lovingly prepared and served with care. Every detail reflected the hosts’ dedication to making guests feel special. Tom was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and even dropped us into town now and then, which made our stay all the more convenient and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly recommend!

Heather was absolutely wonderful. She was gracious, funny and very helpful. She made reservations for us at a fabulous restaurant just minutes away from the B&B. She also phoned the shops to help locate a stuffed sheep for my 5 year old granddaughter. The room was adorable with antique furniture and the view from our bedroom window gave an amazing view of the sea. She gave us permission to walk around the property and provided us with fruit and bread to introduce ourselves to her two donkeys Harriet and Henrietta. Which was an amazing treat for us as well. We will definitely be staying there during our next trip. Loved it!!! The grounds of the property were absolutely gorgeous.

A beautiful b&b with fabulous views and gardens. Everything was spotless and the bed was so comfy. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the full ulster fry breakfast was delicious. This place was a real bargain for the price! It's rare to find a b&b with such a luxurious feel for under £100. And we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived until we left. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone!

There were no problems, everything was great!

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, organising dinner reservations. Heather provided us with lots of useful local information. The view from the room was excellent and we had a great sleep. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Check in from 5 pm is a little late for us, however, Heather was very welcoming and accommodating when we arrived a little early.

Breakfast is fit for a King and Queen in a charming breakfast room with delightful table of china! Who doesn’t love a a good china cup and saucer! Heather is a great hostess and there is more food than one can eat!

Directions to this property are incorrect, as it is in Whitehead and not Carrickfergus. There is a 57 Belfast Road in Carrickfergus too. Coming from south, continue drive thru Carrickfergus to the other side of the Castle for about 3mi. House is on a corner on the left in a country area.

Lovely traditional hotel with charm, in a quiet spot just outside Carrickfergus Lovely quiet spot, nice parking for motorbikes and easy access to Belfast and ferry terminal, Whitehead and Gobbins cliff path or the lively Antrim coast road. Heather and Tom were fantastic hosts and the breakfast was super, cooked fresh to order. Werealky enjoyed our stay. Thank you :-)

Lovely breakfast, many cooked items offered, all in a lovely room. The host was marvellous and would do anything for you. House is a lovely period property in a great location.

Bed and room was small but acceptable. We just get used to king size.

Beautiful setting overlooking the sea. Heather and Tom were amazing hosts, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
