Very near the ferry port .we were travelling the following morning on the ferry so an ideal location . Both dinner and breakfast were excellent good quality food. Rooms were very spacious and good quality furniture throughout.Staff especially Elaine the Manager were very friendly and efficient in all aspects of our stay . Would highly recommend this hotel .

No problems with the hotel but we had a situation with our check in.We had booked Bed and Breakfast through Booking.com .On arrival we were told it was room only but the hotel sorted it out . So my advice , check with the hotel before your arrival.

The interior of the hotel far exceeds the outside as rather bland exterior. However, the interior is very nicely done. The staff are very helpful and polite. Room was large with a very comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Location was handy for supermarket if anything was needed, but a taxi is needed to go into Larne as quite a walk. Overall, very pleased with my stay.

The only minus is that the lighting in the room is very dim, not good for putting on make up, doing hair etc. Maybe a main dimmer light which could be adjusted would be a good idea.

The location was ideal for our tournament at the leisure centre as it was in walking distance. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of foods and good quantities of hot breakfast. Rooms were very roomy, clean and good en-suite facilities. The restaurant food was excellent for dinner and good bar facilities.

I have actually no complaints about this hotel as everything was to a high standard with friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel was fantastic. We were part of a larger group in the area for a rowing competition. Hotel rooms were big and beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. Location was great with kfc, McDonald's and Asda within a short walking distance.

Breakfast was of a very good quality and a wide range of options available from the menu. Location was perfect for my needs as my customer was less that 2 miles away.

The only thing that was a negative was the noise coming from the road at the back of the hotel towards the ferry. However the windows were reasonably good at reducing the noise level and there wasn't that much traffic. I could imagine that in the summer this may be a problem if I wanted to have the windows open for fresh air.

Situation, cleanliness, staff.

My wife slipped and fell leaving the shower. The anti slip surface in the shower was effective, however stepping out beyond the shower curtain on to the wet tiles proved hazardous. Fortunately my wife was unhurt. We did inform the gentleman at reception, and hopefully a solution has been implemented. If not, it is likely that the next person to slip may not escape unhurt.

This hotel looks very bland and “corporate” from the outside and that feeling continues in to the reception area. But the corridors down to the rooms are wide and give a feeling of space and our room was large and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and chatty. Breakfast was cooked to order (rather than a buffet) and was excellent. Lots of parking and 5 mins from the ferry

The Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent along with the ambience in the bar area whereby a good gathering of people enjoyed a good bit of lovely music on the night Enjoyed our experience throughout our stay

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel The weather was rough & it was lovely to get into a warm room

Staff were friendly and helpful and an elevator gave easy access to rooms on first floor, plenty of free secure parking and 5 minutes from ferry terminal from Nth Ireland to Cairnryan. A good restaurant is available within the facility and room was spacious and comfortable.

easy to get to, close to the Town, room very spacious, clean and comfortable, loved the fragrance of the bathroom essentials, tea and coffee available in room, room service. on site Bar and restaurant, food was excellent value, good portion sizes and delicious. Staff very friendly.

I truthfully don't have a negative thing to say about my stay, granted it was only for 1 night, the only thing i don't like about any hotel is the check out times, but that's because i am not an early riser.
