This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in 4 months. First time was booked purely on location for why we were over. Second time was booked because of our experience the first time ! Such friendly staff and so accommodating of our needs. The Barman even recognised my from the first trip ! Whilst only a small hotel it gets very busy at meal times as locals like to come and eat or celebrate there which gives another indication of its friendliness. Parts have recently been redecorated and rooms are very spacious. If we come back again then would definitely stay here again even if it is just to find out why the lift buttons are numbered the way they are, won't say, stay and find out for yourself.

Dinner was very good and very reasonably priced. Did not have breakfast as had very early flight the next morning, but pre-arranged wake-up call was really appreciated. Staff at this hotel are exceptional - very friendly and helpful and always on top of things, so that everything runs well. Even those staff behind the scenes that you don't really see - I've stayed here a number of times over the years and the hotel is always very clean and well presented, food is good quality.

Can't think of anything from this stay to criticise, room was great, warm and clean and very quiet, food was great and staff were welcoming and helpful as always at the Corrs Corner.

Gerlaine the deputy manager she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and transport links. All the staff in all areas of Hotel were polite extremely helpful and lovely warm feel to the Hotel and very comfortable. Great decoration and attention to detail in furnishings and cleanliness. Multiple areas to enjoy both for individual company, TV or bar , and restaurant for special occasions. Wonderful choice in the menus. With the addition of live entertainment as well. Also a lovely selection of jewellery gifts perfect for taking home to family members.

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, good shower, very clean and very quiet! There was a good range of food available for breakfast including full cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit, yogurt and toast. Had our evening meal in the bar - really good menu with lots of choice to suit most tastes. Service was excellent and prices very reasonable. This is a great hotel, providing easy access to the city and the airport, lovely staff, great parking and onsite bar/restaurant.

The room was a little hot, but it really wasn't a problem - just opened the window. It's hard to think of anything else, this is really a lovely place to stay.

Great hotel location wise, staff are friendly & food is lovely! Breakfast was lovely, although could have been a little more stocked up as some items very low ie one tomatoe left & only a few potatoe bread left when we came down. It was only around 930am. But the sausages were really tasty and we are picky on sausages! Also nice to see poached eggs on for buffet this was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. We also ate in the bar/grill in the evening, accomodating us even though we hadn't booked in advance. Meal was lovely, tad expensive but hey ho that's life at the moment but it was very tasty and we all finished our plates of food. Lovely atmosphere. Kids really enjoyed it, all walks of life there was nice to see a mix of age groups! Room was clean, spacious & had everything we needed. Room 405. Location of hotel so ideal for W5 & the Zoo 10mins away from both. Very problem free stay, this is our second time staying here and will definitely stay again! Thank you!

I couldn't turn down temperature in the room!

Nicely furnished. Spacious rooms and good size. Thankfully a dressing table / desk with a mirror. I stay in a lot of hotels with rooms designed by men! Never a mirror near the hairdryer plug so this was nice to see a well appointed room. The room was ready to check in early as I had requested for business meeting.

No room service menu in the room so had to go to reception to ask for one even though I mentioned on check-in I was looking to order food. Shower was tepid.

I stay regularly at Corrs Corner and cannot fault the service we receive every time. The staff are fantastic and the food in the restaurant is wonderful. The rooms are always spotless and really well maintained

I stayed on what was probably the warmest day of this year so far and definitely noticed the need for air conditioning or even a fan in the room

Great staff very welcoming and helpful, excellent "help yourself" breakfast with really great produce and choice, evening meal was really tasty again with great produce and service.

Window in the room was broken so didn't shut at the top of the frame letting in the traffic noise which was a bit of a pain but I didn't complain so in all fairness I should stop whinging.

The location is good, a short drive from the centre, but the staff is friendly and cooperative, a peaceful and calm atmosphere to have a break. The room is clean and of good size. The beds are comfy, the toilet is clean too with all the necessary toiletries. I loved the shower, specifically the water pressure.

I like almost everything in the hotel, however, it seems to be a lack of communication between the reservation and the reception. I requested a Cot and paid for the extra mattress. Both were not provided. This wasn't a big issue because the accommodation was roomy enough to get my family sorted. The restaurant is a little more expensive, it would cost you approximately £18 for a simple fish and chip. If you specifically eat Halal food, you would struggle to find Halal food as the nearest place to get the food would be approximately 9 miles.

Good space in the room and comfortable bed. Courtesy of the staff. Free parking close to the hotel. Perfect to go to Visit Titanic Museum and Giant's Causeway.

Nothing in particolar. The only thing the hotel can improve in my opinion is to try to increase international food and drinks options for breakfast.
