What is there not to like....literally 2 minutes from the hotel entrance to the Titanic Exhibition. The whole hotel has its theme of course but this was everywhere... you didn't know where to look next and what to read....amazing. Bit of advice..go exploring .. you find rooms, board rooms, old reception areas that you can look through. Having dinner in the actual drawing / planning room where the Titanic was designed was incredible and something my dad and I will always remember. The meal was lovely and not expensive at all. Can't speak highly of the rooms also....comfortable beds, again the Titanic theme on the headboards was so well thought out...and very clean. JUST GO AND STAY... you will not regret it.

Absolutely nothing....only that our stay was not long enough.

The deluxe corner rooms are outstanding with large corner windows and a beautiful view of the Titanic museum which is delightful when it lights up in the evening. The decor is atmospheric and designed to mimic the Titanic interior, moody corridors, cabin doors, interesting memorabilia and original features in areas. Comfortable beds, large shower, clean bathrooms. Dinner in the Wolfe Grill was extremely good, although if you visit when there is a large event at the SSE arena it can be very busy pre-showtime. Interesting cocktail menu both in the restaurant and the bar. Very friendly staff, especially at check-in. Prompt service for room service out of hours.

During the busy pre- and post-show times, you can wait a long time to get served at the bar. It would be a good idea to use the second bar area and have more staff on at these times. We ordered a sandwich from the room service out of hours menu - the bread was a bit stale, disappointing when everything else is of such a high standard

A super renovation and conversion of a historic, industrial building. Ideal for visiting the Titanic museum, directly opposite and only a stones throw away. Good size, comfortable bedroom tastefully decorated and with view of Titanic museum and docks. Bar area had comfortable seats/sofas and was lovely with lots of natural light. Some really good paintings on the walls of public areas. The restored former office areas were very interesting. Many of the staff were very good and very helpful, particularly on reception.

Some of the waiting staff in both the restaurant and bar areas were poor at "scanning" the room to spot customers who were looking for their attention. Breakfast on the first day was disappointing as there was very little cooked food available at 10am, despite breakfast being until 11am. However on the other days this wasn't an issue. The shower tray was extremely flexible, even bouncing when my 52kg wife stepped on it, so this is likely to break/crack at some point soon. The shower water pressure was poor in our 3rd floor room, so I'd recommend booster pumps are installed in the water supplies - otherwise not many people with long hair will realistically want to wash their hair as it would take a long time with the low water flow.

Well where to start! This hotel is just brilliant! The history inside & outside this building is just everywhere! I cannot fault anything about our stay & just wish we could have stayed for longer. A special mention for Gerry from Derry for his complimentery tour of the hotel telling us about the history this was fantastic & a must do if you stay - a brilliant hour spent could have spent so much more time taking to him about the hotel! The food was delicious from the evening meals to the tasty scones! The cocktails were lovely too! We will definitely be back!

Nothing!

The hotel is located in an amazing historical building, beautifully restored. As a Titanic enthousiaste for many years, I enjoyed every corner of the hotel, full of interesting photographs and information. There are many parts open for the guests to visit, touch and enjoy. The room was clean, confortable and beautifully decorated. The location, right next to the Titanic Belfast museum and the docks is perfect to explore the subject. And around 30 min walking distance to Belfast city center. The bar area (old drawing room) is stunning and full of good energy. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room facing the road was slightly noisy from the traffic.

A very warm welcome and introduction to the City. Relaxing stay, with excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings. We loved the history and artefacts around the hotel. Very grateful for how the Reception staff were so invested in making our departure as smooth as possible after having our flight cancelled by the airline.

Enjoyed our time in the drawing room restaurant and bar, but we thought maybe the service was a little relaxed at times. Some of the restaurant staff could have been a little more attentive. This was just a small thing and didn’t spoil the over all experience.

Nice hotel with the spirit of Titanic. Interesting to explore the old building, Titanic museum just across the road and easy to see shipyards. Rooms are rather functional and simple. Front desk team helpful. Parking near by and at discounted rate. Black taxi pick up at the hotel, the location is quite central, still a way to city center though.

For the price, I would expect more out of the room as well as service. Offer at the breakfast limited and too slow service for drinks. At the peak hour in the afternoon, only 1 front desk team member, queuing - this should not happen.

This was booked as a Christmas present for my partner who is a huge Titanic fan and everything about this hotel was perfect. The location is excellent for visiting the Titanic Experience (not even 2 minutes walk) and not too far from the city centre. Regular glider buses run into the city centre from a stop just outside and taxis are readily available. The building is spectacular and they have done a brilliant job of retaining the history while providing all the luxuries you could ask for. We enjoyed sipping cocktails and a Guinness in Drawing Room 2 and eating in the Wolff Grill. I loved the Presentation Room upstairs with the iconic Goliath framed in one window and windows looking over Drawing Room 2 on the other side. It was so atmospheric and a really peaceful space to sit and relax or work. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was really comfortable with a large bed and a spotless bathroom. We both slept like logs and as an added extra we could see the slipway from the window. Would definitely come back again.

Nothing!

location right next to Titanic museum, decor fits with the period.rooms very smart and spacious.double beds enough for 4.. people Bar meals very good but a little pricey.Good selection of beers. All beers are £7 a pint. An excellent hotel to spoil yourself in.The hop on bus stops right outside the hotel at £20 each.Belfast is an amazing city to see, forget Dublin

Parking at £15 a night, price of drinks and meals. But if you are prepared to pay the price of a room, then you pay a premium for the drinks and meals.Having to walk through the museum with cases from the car park, but there is a lift outside the museum in a little building if you know where it is.Cars can park outside the hotel to offload cases

Would highly recommend……The hotel is one of the old offices of Harland and Wolfe and it’s used many of the original features in the public areas of the hotel. The large bar area is one of the drawing rooms where the Titanic was actually designed in and the hotel offers guided tours of the key rooms, which we found fascinating. All the staff were attentive and friendly and breakfast had a wide range, with cook to order another selection of breakfast favourites. Our superior room was large and had design features that matched the ambiance of the hotel, very clever. The hotel’s location is 50m from the Titanic museum and 500m from HMS Colindale. We used Uber to transfer to and from the airport and to get into the City Centre, without any issues.

We couldn’t fault it!
