Good location, within walking distance of city centre bars and restaurants. Close to titanic and cathedral quarters. We didn’t use the train station but it’s only about 10 minutes walk away so it’s a good base to explore the city. A lot of poor reviews online regarding double booking and cancelling at the last minute - we were a group of 3 and had a 2 bed apartment, the staff were very helpful and when we called the week before were reassuring the apartment was available and there were absolutely no issues on arrival or checking out. This was also booked in April for a October stay so please don’t be too worried as we had no issues!

The apartment was basic but - guess what we didn’t pay a lot for it so that’s fine! I’d say cleanliness-wise, it was fine but it could probably do with a good deep clean under the furniture.

Very easy - the receptionist was welcoming and friendly, and the check-in process was very simple. There was a £100 security hold on my card which was fine, as we knew that when booking the place. The apartment itself was clean and well presented, with great views over the River Lagan. It was the ideal couple's getaway break, but would be also suitable for a small group trip (of 3-4) away.

The underground carpark costs £20 per night and can only be entered/exited using a key fob that can be collected from reception. There seemed to be only one fob available for the building, so it was awkward to collect and drop off (as there were two of us staying, one had to get out of the car when exiting, run to reception, collect the fob, open the exit and run back to reception). This was awkward and a bit of a nuisance.

Low price for adequate accommodation. This is not luxury but is good simple value for money It is right in the centre you can walk or short Uber to everywhere.

Expectations might be higher than reality. Keep expectations low and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Great location and facilities. A brilliant base to work from to explore Belfast. Reception very helpful and apartment facilities were suitable for a short stay.

The check-in time of 4pm is just a little late - even 3pm as standard would be better. The 10am check-out time is equally too early and 12pm should be default. I appreciate that time is required for cleaning the apartments after guests leave, but the availability of early check-in and late check-out (for a princely fee) demonstrates that more flexibility is possible. Perhaps provide some sort of incentive to check-out early if guests want? The kitchen essentials were a bit basic/short supply. For example, small number of plates and very little washing-up liquid. Also the bathroom mirror is a very long distance from the sink, making having a close wash and shave very difficult. If upgrading the bathrooms, then smaller/more enclosed sinks would prove cheaper and more practical.

The apartment had two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the interior was modern. Could be a lot cleaner though. The underground parking was convenient, but quite expensive and felt a bit eerie.

Unfortunately, the kitchen lacked many basic utensils. The windows were poorly insulated, making the apartment quite noisy. There was mold in the shower and a very strong bleach smell. You can only exit the underground garage when someone is present at the reception, which was not always the case. The check-in process was very poor. We had to transfer a £100 deposit via bank transfer at reception. Our bank charged an additional £15 fee for the international transfer. Why is it not possible to simply block the deposit using the card terminal (which was available at the desk)?

Property was in a perfect location, river view & very close to the titanic quarter which was the purpose of our visit to belfast. Apartment was very clean, bed linen & towels provided were immaculate. Kitchen & bathroom were spotless & kitchen fully stocked with all crockery, cooking utensils etc if needed.

Sofa was leather look & had a few bits pealing away, didn’t stop it being used but looked a bit shabby. Could have done with having a few sachets of coffee / sugar & some teabags in the room which would have been helpful rather than having to go buy big bag of sugar, box of tea bags etc which we then had to leave there as couldn’t take back on plane. Having said that, that’s no reflection on the property, just our personal opinion.

Property was good and well maintained. It was clean and tidy.

The property should be equipped with basic necessities such as bin bags , hand wash, dish washer. Added some extra towels and utensils . Prolonged stay over 7 nights it should be mandatory to provide extra towels and utensils as guests accommodate for future. Despite paying initial deposit of 100 pounds at the beginning, there was no proper communication between the staff and agency;it should be notified that we have been approaching “ dream apartment reception“ for the last 3 to 4 days receiving disappointing remarks and identifying poor management. This brings a total disappointing review as the host should be more organised and punctual. We are still waiting for the deposit. Yours sincerely, Pervez Ismail.

The car park! Needs to be more clearly described as you can’t get past entry barrier without getting out of car and walking to reception- and the spaces are few and difficult to find deep underground. I found walking to and from my parked car quite threatening as a single woman. Likewise on exit it involves leaving car parked at barrier possibly blocking other apartment users while going back to the receptionist to get them to open for you. If they are busy it is disruptive to them also. A code key or guest entry fob is needed - and clear info in the product info.

Enjoyed the space of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for my daughter and I. Easy walk to shops and Belfast pub nightlife. Paid for underground parking for the night (expensive if you were staying longer). The apartment is stark in decoration but it was as I was expecting from other reviews, so I was completely satisfied with staying here. Big kitchen, but didn't pay attention as wasn't here to cook. Full size fridge.

Nothing to complain about other than not so easy to find somewhere to park the car out the front whilst checking in (especially if you have never been to Belfast before)
