Good location, within walking distance of city centre bars and restaurants. Close to titanic and cathedral quarters. We didn’t use the train station but it’s only about 10 minutes walk away so it’s a good base to explore the city. A lot of poor reviews online regarding double booking and cancelling at the last minute - we were a group of 3 and had a 2 bed apartment, the staff were very helpful and when we called the week before were reassuring the apartment was available and there were absolutely no issues on arrival or checking out. This was also booked in April for a October stay so please don’t be too worried as we had no issues!

The apartment was basic but - guess what we didn’t pay a lot for it so that’s fine! I’d say cleanliness-wise, it was fine but it could probably do with a good deep clean under the furniture.

Very easy - the receptionist was welcoming and friendly, and the check-in process was very simple. There was a £100 security hold on my card which was fine, as we knew that when booking the place. The apartment itself was clean and well presented, with great views over the River Lagan. It was the ideal couple's getaway break, but would be also suitable for a small group trip (of 3-4) away.

The underground carpark costs £20 per night and can only be entered/exited using a key fob that can be collected from reception. There seemed to be only one fob available for the building, so it was awkward to collect and drop off (as there were two of us staying, one had to get out of the car when exiting, run to reception, collect the fob, open the exit and run back to reception). This was awkward and a bit of a nuisance.

Great location and facilities. A brilliant base to work from to explore Belfast. Reception very helpful and apartment facilities were suitable for a short stay.

The check-in time of 4pm is just a little late - even 3pm as standard would be better. The 10am check-out time is equally too early and 12pm should be default. I appreciate that time is required for cleaning the apartments after guests leave, but the availability of early check-in and late check-out (for a princely fee) demonstrates that more flexibility is possible. Perhaps provide some sort of incentive to check-out early if guests want? The kitchen essentials were a bit basic/short supply. For example, small number of plates and very little washing-up liquid. Also the bathroom mirror is a very long distance from the sink, making having a close wash and shave very difficult. If upgrading the bathrooms, then smaller/more enclosed sinks would prove cheaper and more practical.

Low price for adequate accommodation. This is not luxury but is good simple value for money It is right in the centre you can walk or short Uber to everywhere.

Expectations might be higher than reality. Keep expectations low and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Property was good and well maintained. It was clean and tidy.

The property should be equipped with basic necessities such as bin bags , hand wash, dish washer. Added some extra towels and utensils . Prolonged stay over 7 nights it should be mandatory to provide extra towels and utensils as guests accommodate for future. Despite paying initial deposit of 100 pounds at the beginning, there was no proper communication between the staff and agency;it should be notified that we have been approaching “ dream apartment reception“ for the last 3 to 4 days receiving disappointing remarks and identifying poor management. This brings a total disappointing review as the host should be more organised and punctual. We are still waiting for the deposit. Yours sincerely, Pervez Ismail.

My friend and I were in Belfast for a conference, so the location was really excellent. The Manager of the property, (I think her name was Sarah Agnew) was hugely helpful, and I would definitely book again, booking direct instead of going through a 3rd party.

I think the carpark needs directions to navigate around, and perhaps instructions for arrival in the email so you know to park the car 1st, then check in... before trying to go into the carpark, but have no doubt this will be added. In the case of two friends sharing, two keys are essential, as two different schedules!

I wasn't looking forward to this visit with reading other review platforms as there was really bad reviews, but our stay was good!! We stayed in apartment 2 on the 6th floor. Really clean and comfortable, although feel little things that need improving on, like requiring enough cups and glasses for the amount of people staying. An idea to place more pillows in the wardrobe as one pillow on the bed and it was flat as a pancake. One of the plug sockets near the dining table was loose and will be dangerous if small children around. Apart from these we enjoyed our stay, location for us was good too. Just be mindful that they require £100 deposit on arrival, does not state this anywhere until you get your confirmation email.

Staff very helpful easy check in

Only complaint not enough hangers in wardrobes only 3 in each there was 4 of us staying in a two bedroom apartment . Also there is a £100 deposit taking when you arrive in case of any damage hopefully this is refunded soon to the cardc

The location is convenient! There is parking very well. The staff helped with check-in and parking.

Overall, the accommodation is nice and comfortable. The bedding and towels are clean! But .... Very dirty dishes, had to go through everything because the glasses were very dirty .And some glasses were not washed at all. There were lipstick and drink marks on the glasses. The oven is very dirty, sticky and greasy inside, it hasn't been washed for a very long time! I didn't understand why, but they refunded me 6 euros less in insurance! And they didn't explain anything.
