Beautifully decorated. Staff very friendly. It was only a very short stay so I didn’t get the time to check out the bar or shop or have dinner. Hence I couldn’t give totally top marks but I would recommend this hotel definitely and in fact I would like to go back again and explore more.

Minor detail, very minor. It was a bit difficult to find our room but it was due to the quirkiness of the building which I loved and as already stated, it was only one night. We certainly didn’t get lost or anything but a few more arrows in the right direction wouldnt have gone a miss. Everything else was perfect. Sorry personally i thought the staircase was dull and dark but everywhere else i adored the decor

We stayed one night at the Harbour View Hotel in Carnlough and had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming – especially to our dog Max, who was made to feel right at home. The hotel has a few rooms specifically set aside for guests with dogs, which is a real bonus for anyone travelling with pets. Our room was spotless – absolutely immaculate and very comfortable. It’s clear the team take great pride in their standards. Breakfast the next morning was beautiful – fresh, generous, and perfectly cooked. The eggs were just how I like them: nice and runny! A short but memorable stay. We’d happily return – and Max would too!

Some more shelf space in the bathroom would be handy.

Charming hotel on the route along the Giants Causeway seaside. The staff at reception, and in the restaurant were most gracious. The Bar man whipped up exceptional Irish coffee and Espresso martinis. The flakey tender local salmon dinner with roasted veg was just what we were hoping for. Private free off street parking lot was a bonus. I have limited mobility and appreciated the lift even in an historic building.

The room was beautiful, two doubles, great for families, great bathroom, lovely shower. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, everyone enjoyed their food.

There was no view from our room,... Although I don't think there is a good view from any of the rooms.... the privacy curtains meant that didn't really matter.

Stunning period rooms with a modern touch. Evening meal and Breakfast were excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Could have a larger selection of Gins, Tonics & Dark Rums for anyone not drinking Whiskey. 🥃

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds, stunning original sash windows. Real fires in the lounge and in the small bar. Lovely staff and if you're a whiskey fan, you've just landed in heaven. Good parking across from the premises, it's not secure parking but our car was fine.

Old world style, coupled with attentive friendly staff. The restaurant and food were excellent and huge portions. Free of charge car park (located across the street from the hotel). Modern well equipped bathrooms

Beautiful location , very comfortable, lovely room, friendly staff, good food in the restaurant.

Bemused as to where to plug in the kettle for a cup of tea in our room. Only available plug could not be reached by kettle cable therefore had to put kettle on the floor🤔

Rooms are spacious, spotless and beautiful. The staff were fantastic and the food was lovely. I can't recommend this place more! I loved the wee bar, so cosy and welcoming. If you enjoy your whiskey you will love this place!

Such a lovely hotel and stay. Paul was fantastic! So welcoming and never passed without saying hello. Gave us some info on the hotel and whiskeys on offer. Will for sure be back for a whiskey tasting night soon.
