The place and grounds are beautiful. Susan and Raymond are terrific hosts. There is a common area where guest can sit, talk or just relax. The breakfast area is in a sun room. The sun actually came out while we were having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was sumptuous and plentiful. You fill out a sheet on arrival telling what time you want breakfast whether you want fried eggs or omelette and which items of a full English (Irish) breakfast you want. The common items fruit, yogurt, cereal, granola are considered starters. I went for the full English breakfast with an omelette. Everything was delicious. Our room was spacious, overlooked neighbors sheep and the sea in the distance. The bathroom was a good size and nice shower. Everything was spotless.

The location was fantastic. You need a car as you would if you stayed anywhere in that area. The view was spectacular. I took a picture of the sunrise every morning and you can just about see the sea. The garden was bursting with flowers, there was a covered area with plenty of seating allowing you to relax and watch the view. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Lots of extras like cereal, soda bread, pancakes, fruit, yoghurts. But the Irish breakfast was superb and started our day brilliantly. Rooms were exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower. But the best bit.... The owners.... Sue and Raymond were above expectations. We were in Cushendun for a family wedding. As mentioned, a car is necessary. But you're going to drink at a wedding. We asked Raymond about taxis. He said he would drive us to the church in the morning and pick us up at the drop off point after the reception. At 2.30am! We kept insisting that we could get a taxi but Raymond wouldn't have it. The rest of our family staying elsewhere couldn't believe it, they were organising all sorts to get back to their accommodation. Sue was amazing in her hospitality, nothing was ever too much. We came back with a takeaway late one night, hoping not to disturb their evening, but Sue got us plates, cutlery, napkins and made sure we were OK before heading off to sleep. As said already, the facilities and location are perfect. But Sue and Raymond are special. Their warmth and kindness showed the best of humanity. It was a privilege getting to know them. We won't forget them. We wish them all the very best.

We stayed at several hotels and B&B’s during our Ireland stay and this was our favorite! When you arrive, you’re greeted with a view of a beautiful, vast valley overlooking grassing hills that give the picturesque feel of Ireland. We loved the property and inside had a functional layout with a charming wood feel. The host was so accommodating and even sent our two young children off with two gigantic chocolate Easter eggs! Breakfast included either a hearty Irish breakfast or a delicious, filling omelette in addition to pancakes, cereals, toasts and more. It was so delicious. Our kids enjoyed playing on the swings and soaking in the beauty of the property. Our room was spacious, clean and taken well care of. The location gives a rural, country-feel but only a short drive to restaurants and pubs, the beautiful coast and the Cushendun Caves (Game of Thrones). Everything was so accommodating, we would highly recommend staying here - we hope to come again soon!
Nothing - everything was absolutely wonderful!

Breakfast was delicious and abundant - best omelette I've ever had! The plates/dishes were so pretty and held in a beautiful sunroom overlooking the grounds. The hosts were just so warm and welcoming - we loved our stay here!
Have to dig deep for a constructive criticism - perhaps having a variety of pillow type. Found them to be a bit firm/thick but all the other pillows in the room were the same, so couldn't really adjust.

A beautiful home in the countryside with very welcoming hosts. Rooms are stunning, the woodwork on the staircases. Underfloor heating was very welcome after being soaked in the rain earlier that day. The owner also provided a portable fan heater to help dry out our wet gear. The owner recommended and booked a restaurant for us in a neighbouring village and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also very good.

The property was amazing. It is beautiful and peaceful, and Raymond and Susan were great hosts. We had room 3, and the view out our window was spectacular. My husband had a delicious full Irish breakfast and I had a yummy omelette. Yogurts and cereal were also available, if we wanted them. The area around Cushendun and Cushendall is spectacular. I would definitely stay there again. Also, Mary McBride’s in Cushendun has the best seafood chowder I’ve ever had.
Everything!

Located in a beautiful landscape scenery, with an exceptional view and more than kind hosts who go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The delicious breakfast is handmade to your tastes every morning and you need only a few minutes to get to the Cushendun city centre. More than enough parking spaces are available on site.

Susan and Raymond were excellent hosts provided good advice on the best restaurant in Cushendall and on booking ferry to Rathlin. A hidden gem on the A2 north of Cushendall woke up to beautiful views of the Antrim glens. Room and bed was nice and cosy, excellent shower. Good choice of cooked breakfast made to order very tasty and well presented.
Couldn't find fault with anything

Raymond and his wife welcomed us to their home and and were so hospitable. Breakfast was excellent with the Irish breakfast being tasty. Our room is luxurious ! Location is great for exploring the Antrim area.
Forget to let Raymond know that our bathroom exhaust fan did not work.

The location is lovely with beautiful rural views. Susan is a wonderful host who provided a magnificent breakfast that was beautifully presented with fine bone china crockery. She also managed to book dinner for us at the sought after restaurant at Mary McBride's pub at Cushendun which was excellent. The rooms are well appointed and the ensuite bathroom was particularly spacious.
Nothing.
