Have stayed a couple of times and had very pleasant visits. The rooms are spacious, very clean and beds are comfortable. Staff are lovely and we had a great evening meal and breakfast.

Just one thing and it’s not a criticism more a compliment, the staff were all really busy in the restaurant on Wednesday night and working flat out and were still all very pleasant and helpful. The poor lad behind the bar was absolutely run ragged. He was so so busy and I couldn’t believe he was behind there himself at least while we were there. He was a champ.

Atmosphere very important nice layout .

Nothing really. Bit outdated in corridors on bedroom floors. Has dog with me. Thought £20 bit steep as I had his own blanket and bowl with me and water. And the snack where the basic u get in super markets but he loved the attention lol. Maybe one hr late checkout could be reduced to £10 mite encourage guests to stay 2 hrs make it worth breakfast superb lovely staff n baily the dog got his saucages lol thank you

The cooked breakfast was lovely, good quality produce. Various cereals and selection of breads. Family bedroom well decorated & spacious, a modern ensure with shampoo, body wash and hair dryer facilities.

First impressions count, paint chipped of the walls close to the lift. The cereals were placed in an open bowl, would like placed in a seal container to protect from flys etc, same with butter. A considerable amount of dust on the bedroom skirting boards, which surprised me as the rest of the room was spotless.

Was bitterly disappointed from the get-go. The whole essence of our trip was to visit Rathlin island, spend the day there and relax at the marine hotel... We had prebooked the ferry only to be told it wasn't sailing! Tried to get a refund from our hotel as day was spoilt. Manager told us to get a refund from Booking . Com/ Couldn't get through to Booking.Com! I don't see the point in this Booking. Com App?

The location was perfect as we had planned a trip to Rathlin Island and the ferry landing was only minutes away. The hotel was friendly and the food was good. I thought the hotel a little expensive as it had no leisure facilities. It was also close to many amenities on the Antrim Coast.

Cost was a bit expensive and we booked a sea view and that overlooked the main street and there was motor bikes up and down the road late at night.

room had a sea view and was very clean. at night turnback bed service and flask of tea left for you. staff very friendly. dined in their restaurant couple of times and dinners were excellent.

continental breakfast could have done with more variety. e.g croissants, cheeses and fruit like bananas , apples, grapes and pears.

Brilliant accommodation, we stayed in the Lir suite and all snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary. The bath was ideally located near the window so you could wee Torr head. It was so romantic for the staff of our honeymoon. Staff were flawless and so welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and there was plenty of parking despite it being Lammas fair weekend. Will 100% stay again and recommend.

Nothing.

The staff were so helpful, the breakfast was outstanding, my daughter has allergies and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate her, which gets top marks in my eyes, happy kids happy Mummy. The kids loved the bump bed, Thank you

Only down side was no disabled access when booking beach house room which was hard with a pram and. Disabled pensioner,, but it did not make our stay any less enjoyable.

The view from my room was exceptional I could see onto the tennis court and the beach...the bed was so comfortable I could have staid in bed all day but had to check out ...I stayed in the .obesity room the shower was great and everything was as it should be for someone with mobility problems. The breakfast was amazing no faults there at all...really annoyed I didn't book an extra night...but there's always next time

My only criticism is that it would have been great to have a table and chairs by the window so I could sit and watch the world go by while having a coffee and reading my book.

Location was perfect, Ballycastle is a small town and the Marine Hotel is literally across the road from Seafront, and the harbour which is a very picturesque area. Perfect spot to stay with Children. From here we explored Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Cushendun Caves, Thor head Dunluce Castle and the Glens of Antrim, but the area has lots more to offer also, the area has Outstanding Natural Beauty. Marine Hotel is the perfect hotel and ticks all the right boxes
