Helen is an outstanding host - we were greeted with a friendly welcome, cup of tea and chocolate cake. We stayed in the family room which was a good size and was furnished with everything you could need. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well. Helen checked in with us constantly making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I don't always eat a full breakfast after day one, but Helen's breakfast was superb: local ingredients well cooked accompanied with homemade bread and jam as well as fresh fruit and overnight oats. Jenny made sure we were well catered for as well. Our breakfast was so filling that we could go all day without feeling hungry so that we just ate a sandwich in the evening. I would thoroughly recommend this B&B - one of the best and a far better experience than in many hotels I have stayed in. We stayed at Helen's B&B as we wanted to explore the Causeway Coastal route. Meadowview was a perfect base for us as it was at least a 30 minute drive from any location along the coast from Belfast (40 mins) to Derry (1 hour) and Giant's Causeway (45 mins). It meant we could take our time exploring the coast whilst having a base to come back to every evening. We flew into Belfast and hired a car. Meadowview was a perfect base for us.

I have no negatives at all - Helen has thought of everything, is kind and generous and will resolve anything within minutes ie a flatter pillow for my husband.

When I first saw this BB online, it seemed almost too good to be true. Bud everything was as perfect as it seemed and much more. This was made much more by the host Hellen, she was the most thoughtfull , gracious, kind host and nothing was bother to her. Breakfest absolutley amazing I newer had better. The bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower were exellent and clean. Hellen went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The breakfast was really excellent, faultless and we were really looked after and cared for by the owner, the lovely Helen who treated us as family. We had booked Meadow View as we had a wedding to attend at the Galgorm and this location is perfect and our stay we will remember for ever. I will definitely stay here again soon!

We loved everything. This place is idyllic, beautiful and so peaceful.

Helen was so warm and welcoming . On arrival Helen gave me a slice of homemade Victoria sponge cake and had even made my wife who is Coeliac some Gluten free shortbread. The breakfast was amazing , it included overnight oats , cereal , homemade bread , fruit salad and traditional Irish breakfast. Knowing my wife was Coeliac Helen went to great lengths to ensure there was no chance of cross contamination . Just a mention for Helen's friend Jenny who helped with breakfast , who was so kind and helpful. Both Helen and Jenny went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed . We stayed in the triple room with our Son as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Galgorm resort .

The breakfast was tailored to suit us and was well presented and cooked. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff obviously enjoyed having guests around. The location was perfect for us - a family home in the quiet countryside but only 3.5 miles from the outskirts of the town. Could not have been better. A big thanks to Helen from her Californian visitors.

Everything, beautiful place to stay. Our host Helen was so welcoming and went out of her way to make us comfortable and looked after us very well. Super comfy beds, lovely rooms, beautiful guest lounge to use. Breakfasts were great with yummy homemade jams. The rooms were fully equipped with everything you could want, including microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Homemade shortbread biscuits too. Highly recommend it for a lovely peaceful stay.

On arrival a lovely warm welcome from a friendly lady from country Antrim. I had to leave after checking in as was meeting friends. She rang me to see what I wanted my breakfast at. The following morning I went for a lovely scenic country road walk and on returning got the most amazing breakfast served to me hand on foot. Homemade jams and organic breakfast was scrumptious.

I could say the price, but as it was the cheapest that day on my internet search I couldn’t complain. The price for fresh homemade breakfast and the friendly service is worth every penny.

Such genuine people who gave us the friendliest welcome ....our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean throughout, room is so well equipped, they have thought on everything! Breakfast was a feast of fresh home made treats and the selection was huge and so tasty!
