I stayed for 12 days, and the same breakfast daily !! felt repetitive , More variety would be appreciated.

The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel was handy to an event that we attended the following day. If you're into shopping then the Dobbies next door will be enjoyable for you. Fantastic hotel if you need an early morning trip to the nearby airport.

There was an issue in the middle of the night with another guests who was fighting. Lots of noise and little sleep - although the member of staff who came up to deal with it was excellent. It was also slightly overpriced I think, but we did book it late.

The staff made this visit. our flight home got cancelled so the booking was a stressed last minute visit as we were sorting another flight, taxi’s & our extra car parking charge at home. But the evening staff on the 4th of Jan & the morning staff on the 5th were so helpful we couldn’t thank them enough. I’m just sorry I didn’t get their names. Stayed here for 3 night ti attend family funeral, staff were very friendly,hotel was clean and tidy,location was great,the only problem for us was restraunt menue on an evening,not much choice, but luckily over the road was a great place to eat,we even had extended check out until 2pm free of charge because we had late flights,over excellent hotel,would recommend,

The staff were great. Arriving involves a beautiful drive if approaching from Belfast. The bed sheets were perfect, with a choice of both hard and soft pillows. The room is very big and has everything we needed. The shower was very hot and pleasant. The breakfast was amazing, with a strong coffee, orange, eggs, fried tomato and potato cakes. The highlight was the wonderful chocolate pain things with Nutella on top.

I loved the blue light idea in the bathroom but It was a bit bright. I couldn't figure out how to switch It off. It's a pity that It isn't a bit softer. Although the bed was lovely, It was slightly too soft for my taste. It could have been six inches wider.

Recently stayed a night at this hotel as we needed to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. Hotel is nothing fancy but perfectly suited our needs. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Good Breakfast provided and served early enough for an early flight. Price was good value.

There was nothing I did not like. It was perfectly suited for my needs.

Excellent location for the Larne ferry and Belfast international airport. Great value for money, safe parking, comfortable room, good food and a quiet bar all boxes ticked. Would return again as the area has a great deal to offer and I only managed to stay one night a longer stay would be good.

Nothing we have stayed in a number of HIE hotels over the country they are all dependable, everything you need at the rite price, staff are all knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

As always, everything lovely Staff SO super helpful and all really bright and cheerful. One guy even asked me if I’d like a grab and go bag when he saw me hastily making my breakfast sandwich to take away as my lift to work had arrived! Perfect locations for me and a lovely running route down to the lough through the castle gardens

I have stayed here before, earlier in the year. The location is easy to get to from the motorway although there is no motorway noise to worry about as it is well hidden within retail/residential setting. One got thing to note is that food is served until 9PM.

Oh nothing it was exactly what I would expect from an IHG hotel, clean, efficient with helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Nice simple layout, well placed for Antrim Town (20 min walk) couple of bars and supermarkets all in walking distance. Staff were fantastic, nothing was a problem. Rooms (twin) were a decent size and clean and tidy. Breakfast was spot on, piping hot and you could go back for seconds. poached or fried egg if you ask for it no problem. plenty of space to eat in its big dinning area.

No real dislikes to be honest, just observations. Make sure you take a debit/credit card. We were only allowed to pay by card not with cash. Don’t know if that’s just a local policy. it wasn’t the end of the world but if you didn’t have a card it might be a problem. Our stay was mid-week but it felt like a weekend rate.
