I stayed for 12 days, and the same breakfast daily !! felt repetitive , More variety would be appreciated.

Staff are lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. My only complaint would be that the mattress on the sofa bed is extremely thin. Even the 2 small children sleeping in it found it uncomfortable. Breakfast both mornings was delicious. Very fresh and a great choice.

The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel was handy to an event that we attended the following day. If you're into shopping then the Dobbies next door will be enjoyable for you. Fantastic hotel if you need an early morning trip to the nearby airport.

There was an issue in the middle of the night with another guests who was fighting. Lots of noise and little sleep - although the member of staff who came up to deal with it was excellent. It was also slightly overpriced I think, but we did book it late.

The staff made this visit. our flight home got cancelled so the booking was a stressed last minute visit as we were sorting another flight, taxi’s & our extra car parking charge at home. But the evening staff on the 4th of Jan & the morning staff on the 5th were so helpful we couldn’t thank them enough. I’m just sorry I didn’t get their names. The bed could of been a king size

Stayed here for 3 night ti attend family funeral, staff were very friendly,hotel was clean and tidy,location was great,the only problem for us was restraunt menue on an evening,not much choice, but luckily over the road was a great place to eat,we even had extended check out until 2pm free of charge because we had late flights,over excellent hotel,would recommend,

Staff were excellent. Really friendly and helpful, sorting us out a take out breakfast when we had to leave at 4am for our flight home. Really close to Belfast airport, making it ideal for early morning flights home. Beds were comfortable. Great base for exploring Northern Ireland.

Bathroom was a bit basic but did the job.

Recently stayed a night at this hotel as we needed to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. Hotel is nothing fancy but perfectly suited our needs. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Good Breakfast provided and served early enough for an early flight. Price was good value.

There was nothing I did not like. It was perfectly suited for my needs.

The staff were great. Arriving involves a beautiful drive if approaching from Belfast. The bed sheets were perfect, with a choice of both hard and soft pillows. The room is very big and has everything we needed. The shower was very hot and pleasant. The breakfast was amazing, with a strong coffee, orange, eggs, fried tomato and potato cakes. The highlight was the wonderful chocolate pain things with Nutella on top.

I loved the blue light idea in the bathroom but It was a bit bright. I couldn't figure out how to switch It off. It's a pity that It isn't a bit softer. Although the bed was lovely, It was slightly too soft for my taste. It could have been six inches wider.

As always, everything lovely Staff SO super helpful and all really bright and cheerful. One guy even asked me if I’d like a grab and go bag when he saw me hastily making my breakfast sandwich to take away as my lift to work had arrived! Perfect locations for me and a lovely running route down to the lough through the castle gardens

Excellent location for the Larne ferry and Belfast international airport. Great value for money, safe parking, comfortable room, good food and a quiet bar all boxes ticked. Would return again as the area has a great deal to offer and I only managed to stay one night a longer stay would be good.

Nothing we have stayed in a number of HIE hotels over the country they are all dependable, everything you need at the rite price, staff are all knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
