All the food was good and staff were very obliging and friendly. I would particularly pick out Oliver, Lauren and the young man with the ponytail (sorry, didn’t get his name) as exemplary staff; a delight to talk to and great customer skills.

Two things. 1. Room maintenance. I reported three things in the very early part of our stay - a coat hook that fell off the wall, a shower wall bracket fixing that was loose and the wash basin emptying slowly. None were fixed before we left. I felt that I was doing your own room quality assurance. 2. It would be good if the serving staff in the dining room routinely took away used plates/ bowls etc. just before they brought, or at the time of bringing new dishes. We had to ask for them to be removed to give ourselves more space at the table. A minor point, but it would be a good routine to adopt.

The staff were very helpful, room was too warm, a fan was provided. The views are amazing. Just note if u want to use thermal spa book in advance. Breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious

Nothing.

Our entire stay was so enjoyable. The hotel has a relaxed vibe which is exactly what we were looking for. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was outstanding - cooked to order with a wee continental breakfast selection served afternoon tea style. Our spa treatments were tailored to our needs and they were fantastic. The hotel itself has a beautiful view of the water and the decor inside is stunning.

The spa is being renovated so there was a lot of noise from early morning of ongoing work. However we were emailed about this beforehand so we planned around it by leaving during the day. Looking forward to going back when the work is complete

Such a lovely, unpretentious, stylish, comfortable hotel with a view to die for. The staff are so welcoming, and go the extra mile. So pleasant, helpful, and professional. Clearly, carefully selected and very well trained! Our room was huge and spotlessly clean. The bar, restaurant, and other social areas are just so beautifully styled and presented. Breakfast and dinner were very good and service superb in both the Lookout and main restaurant. Only one little niggle. The hot tub enclosed inside the huge tent outside the main bar blocks the view and spoils the vista. I hope it is only temporary as one of the hotels' many selling points is that incredible view! Huge thanks to all the staff for making our stay such a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Beautiful room so comfy , netlfix and the hot chocolate sachets in the room was a nice touch as I don’t drink tea or coffee . Food and drinks delicious and staff lovely .

Working in an expensive hotel myself , the fact the spa isn’t included in the already expensive room is honestly ridiculous. £20 per person onto off the room price is daylight robbery as the spa is so small .

Lovely surroundings. Lovely staff. Delicious food. Staff is very helpful. Courtyard was well laid out, though did not have time to spend in it. Bedroom and bathroom very spacious with soft fluffy towels and loved that there was separate shower gel and hair products and lotion rather than combined. Beautiful views from bar/lounge area. Did not have time to use spa,but will do when we go back. Staff organised a taxi into ballycastle only £7 and he came back to us on time. We do intend going back .

Minor issue was getting a key card for room to work but with the help of staff eventually got there. Other issue was shower head not working properly, which we did not realise till morning when leaving, but it was noted by receptionist who will report it.

The location of the main restaurant was excellent, spoilt to a certain extent by the ongoing building works. The breakfast was good but, because we stayed 4 days, the fruit and yogurt offering could have been more varied.

The room servicing wasn’t as good as I expected. The sheets weren’t changed in the 4 days we were there. I don’t know how the restaurant staff decided who would get the prime location seats by the window in the restaurant but it seemed difficult to get such a position.

The staff stood out to us Special mention to the bar tenders at the hotel bar and everyone at the lookout for dinner and hotel breakfast service A credit to your hotel. Please treat them well. They are hard working, efficient and everything done with a friendly smile. Made us feel truly welcome.

Room was too warm. Understand though that they are built for warmth and cold weather Seafood pasta at the lookout was a fish pasta. A seafood pasta contains a variety of seafood. Yours was just fish.

It's difficult to convey how unique this place is. The location is divine, views over Ballycastle and Rathlin Island are magical. The attention to detail and creativity of decor and furnishings are apparent as soon as you enter the hotel and consistent throughout. It's a wonderfully peaceful place but vibrant at the same time. Staff go above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they could want. The beds are a joy to sleep on. Of all the hotels I've ever stayed in, this one reaches a new level of perfect. Cannot wait to return.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of north Antrim coastline only 10 min drive from Ballycastle town Center.

Only a small issue but appeared to be new staff in bar and reception who were not very well trained or knew what they were doing. Staff appeared to be falling out with each other in front of guests which for a quality hotel was a bit unprofessional. Didn’t affect my stay as the hotel was lovely and staff all really friendly.. First impressions last and this is what I viewed almost immediately.
