Self contained room above a gorgeous local pub. The room was spotless, spacious, quiet, warm, with a spotless ensuite and also had tea and coffee in the room. Reception check in was easy and the girl behind the bar who checked us in was lovely. The traditional pub downstairs looked great although unfortunately we didn’t get to try it as my partner was too tired. We booked this stay last minute as we were on the road and it was getting late, we didn’t know what the property looked like from the outside from the website photos, we were thrilled to see it was a traditional pub with rooms above! Feedback would be please add exterior pics so we can see how fabulous this place actually is! Breakfast at the cafe around the corner was delicious- highly recommend you choose this place if travelling through the area.

Rooms decor and comfort excellent line hotel rooms.Location excellent.Beds comfortable and clean.Breakfast good and rated 3 out of 5 on food standards agency.Staff in cafe lovely and friendly.Owner of premises lovely.Couldn't do enough for us.We will return though hope the bar next door will be quiter.

The smell of weed/dope coming into the room wasn't good .The noise from the bar outside.As it was warm we kept the room window open though closed the window as the noise was terrible and the smell .Not the owner's fault as it’s the bar next door is lively.The rooms where advertised as sound proofed..The loud music went on until after 1pm.Though we loved Cushendall as it was are holiday place every year growing up.We really enjoyed are stay and wouldn’t let this put us off returning as the owner was very helpful and messaged us to say if we needed anything to contact him.

Everything was brilliant, apart from the loud noise coming from the club or bar next door. Music playing all night on Friday until 2:45 am. Couldn’t sleep at all. Reported it to the staff who said there is a young crowd who frequent the pub next door and it’s often noisy on music nights. Not great if you want a restful night. However, the Thursday night stay was quiet. Breakfast great and staff especially friendly. Be back providing room is quieter. My travelling companion was in a room at the back which was quiet! It’s just the front room that is exposed to the noisy bar next door.

Nestled in a beutiful town, Mc Naughtons guest rooms are perfect for overnight stay. We were family of 2+3 kids and we got 2 lovely spacious rooms. Check in was very easy as the doors are code locked. We received code well in advance and it was very straightforward. There is a residence pub on the ground floor which is a nice touch. Overall 10/10

Front door to the guestrooms was very secure, as was the door to our room. Information regarding access and check-in was shared in a very timely and competent email. Lovely hallway and foyer up the stairs. Decor and finishes were to a high standard. The bed was comfortable. The room and ensuite were very clean

The place was lovely! Not what you’d expect from looking at the property from outside. Huge family room, nice and clean, nice and comfy.

Nothing that the property could help, but the property had sent a message to me through booking.com with the key pads codes, but I didn’t get a notification from booking.com so I had no idea. I went to the bar next door and the guy behind the bar was able to help me out immediately. Sure enough, when I logged into my booking.com account there was the message, but i would not have thought to look there.

Lovely clean, modern room. Comfortable bed and superior bed linen. Friendly staff, ensured we had all we needed. Lovely part of the country. Perfect base for visiting other places. Enjoyed breakfast in the Cafe Cova. Very reasonably priced.

As we were there 5 nights, a small table and comfy chair would have been nice so that we didn't have to sit on the bed whenever reading or having a cuppa.

Extremely clean, large room, comfy bed, nice en suite bathroom. Breakfast was nice, although had to go to a cafe down the road which started quite late (9am).

Check in experience could be better. You have to walk into the pub area and find someone to check in, we got the code details on a piece of paper. Perhaps this could be communicated beforehand. Physical breakfast vouchers provided which is a little old fashioned but worked ok.

Large room, for 3 people nice bathroom. Easy excess to building, nice lady in the pub managed to get my code after I left code in room, also my phone had just died.

The breakfast could have been a bit better, my son didn't have any meat as he is vegetarian. So his plate was just bread mushrooms and a tablespoon of beans. As was his sons. I would have also assumed that orange juice is served in such establishments but it was extra payment I didn't want to use my card as I had no cash. I did without on my 2 day stay. Apart from that the staff at the coffee shop were friendly and good service.

Anything we asked for, was accommodated. Breakfast supplied in the cafe around the corner was well organised and everyone in all of Cushendall are so friendly that nothing is a bother. The location and people are stunning. The pubs were great. Mc Naughtons itself and Jonnie Joe’s in particular. A big shout out also to Joanne in Harry’s Restaurant. A fabulous place to eat.
