Thermal village was fantastic, staff went above and beyond. Room and cottage was gorgeous, mini bar inclusive was a fantastic touch

The price of drinks at the bars, most expensive I’ve seen. I stayed in a 5 star hotel in Dubai recently and the drinks weren’t as expensive as this. Possibly the most expensive drinks in any hotel in the whole country, including the Shelbourne and the Merrion. Definitely the most I’ve spent on a drink in NI. £8+ for an iced coffee in the thermal village is absolutely outrageous. £8+ for a bottle of corona is Like being in St Tropez.

Clean. Very friendly staff. Good cocktails. Lovely food.

The layout of the thermal village is confusing and it’s not that clear what is and isn’t included. Some areas were roped off for private bookings but were not being used. There is no fair allocation of the hot tubs - a timer system might be an option. Accessibility would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Our cottage had no privacy and I felt I had to keep the window blinds down all the time. There was no pleasant view so frosted glass should be considered.

The food was excellent all of it.

The complimentary mini bar consisted of a really awful, awful beer and 1x bottle of small white wine. We are not even big drinkers. I just thought the complimentary would consist of something of better quality. There were no herbal teas only black and green and no sparkling water. We tried to turn the heat off in the room but it kept coming back on. So it was so hot and uncomfortable. The toilet had intermittent flushing. I could not find a map of the thermal suite and when we asked at the reception we were given an “ there are signs answers” we were also not given towels.

Thermal village was great, wasn't too busy on a Thursday so was able to enjoy everything without it being too crowded . Bed was unreal could have slept there forever 😅 breakfast in gillies was very good ,plenty of choice of food, overall great stay

As it was a Thursday, it wasn't too busy and got a great deal, if it was busier I wouldn't have enjoyed it as it can be too crowded and not have any chance of getting in the hot tub etc, I've heard of people paying 500 600 plus for a night, I wouldn't say it's worth that price but if you get a good deal on a weekday then it's 100% worth the money

Patience who did my full body massage, was excellent. A lovely person, and a credit to your hotel.

We had an absolute disaster, my partner booked and paid for a treatment for me, and was double charged. Not what we needed, our stay was following a very recent bereavement over Christmas, and he did not need the added expense of being accused of not paying for something that was booked and paid for in November. Myself and the girls were unable to get access to any hottubs or steam rooms etc, as everywhere was completely packed. This should have been a relaxing experience following our bereavement, and came home feeling more stressed than ever, and we are finding it very difficult to get someone to trace the payment and refund our money. Have stayed many times before, and nothing like this has ever happened before. We are more than disappointed with our awful experience.

Everything! Wow, what an experience. The food, environment, rooms, and spa were incredible. I loved experiencing all of the different spa amenities- the steam room, hot tubs, cool room, and sea salt spa were all amazing. I felt so relaxed and refreshed, and wished I could have more time! We had dinner at Gilly's and breakfast in the Conservatory, and staff were incredibly mindful and accommodating of any dietary modifications. The food and drinks were all delicious. I cannot wait to return to this place.

Only complaint was that when our car was brought by valet, it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, which was very surprising at the end of such a luxurious stay. We were concerned because it was a rental car, but luckily the smell faded and we did not incur any charges upon return.

Everything about my experience at Galgorm was amazing. My expectations was truly exceeded, from the facilities, staff, food and service was a true luxury experience. I would like to thank Concierge members Conor, Micheal and Ciara for the amazing advise and service during my stay. I would high recommended this spa resort to anyone looking to unwind and relax. I will definitely be visiting again.

Good was great. Loved the drinks. Great facilities. Cottage was beautiful and spacious

The spa was packed, very busy. We have stayed about five times before but this is the first i've found it really too busy. Wanted to get lunch but bur when we got to elementals we were asked of we booked. Ive stayed so many other times and never booked before. So had to book it for later in the day. Cocktails during the day in plastic cups where around 18 pounds. One corona was 8.70. At breakfast we got an uneven table and it was shaking the full time we tried to eat.

All nice and clen

Tiff at the cottage check in. Passive aggressive nature. When asked to repeat what she said. She said . " would you like me to repeat it for a third time?" She was gritting her teeth, while she said it, with a weird angry smile. Tiff isn't local, so that's one of the reasons why we needed her to repeat it, cos she had an accent ,All other staff amazing.

Lovely chilled spot for a night away. The place is massive and grounds are stunning. The use of the concierge services is great if you're staying further back on the grounds and the weather is wet! Can be a bit pricey if you're there all day getting drinks/food but there is a lot on offer for the price of the accommodation we stayed. Really nice staff and there were always loads of them about so it was easy to get directions/advice. Would return in the future.
