The staff on the whole were amazing but on Sat. morning there was a member of the kitchen staff, a mature lady who was very rude and dismissive to another member of the catering team who started to make my omelet. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and started to make my omelet but she came from the kitchen pulled a very aggressive face at him, said something to him which I did not hear, he apologised to me for not being in a position to finish cooking my food, he then went back into the kitchen, she pulled another face to me, rolling her eyes and nodding towards him. I refused to engage with her as there was nothing he had done to warrant her rudeness. The gentleman was a man of colour and I would say her behaviour was racist !

Beautiful setting. Room was spacious & very clean. Evening meal main course very good, but dessert disappointing.

The ‘front of house’ staff were very unwelcoming. Not what we expected from the Tullyglass. We were a group of 5 OAP’s & we all felt very unwelcome. Most of the other staff were polite. The lounge bar & dining room were very cold in the evening. The ‘Pavlova ‘ was very poor.meringue with cream & fruit. Not what we expected from a Hotel like the Tullyglass.

The hotel looked lovely inside. Staff where very helpful , brought luggage to our rooms..Breakfast next morning was good variety of food and staff checking all was ok . At night time sitting out the front the waterfall is exceptional with the lighting. All in all good stay. Bed comfy , room was spacious and clean..not suitable for wheel chairs as only stairs to room. But would definitely recommend , great value for money

We attended for a wedding and it was an amazing day. The room for the ceremony was breathtakingly beautiful,as was the room for the meal,the food was fantastic and served by such friendly staff. When we went to check in,the room was upstairs. The manager managed to get us changed to a downstairs room,due to me having walking problems. I was very appreciative. The room was beautiful and so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The Hotel is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t fault it in any way. It’s the perfect location for a wedding

The staff were exceptional. Every single staff member we interacted with (at reception, at the restaurant, at breakfast) were friendly, professional, welcoming. And some of them went out of there to make us feel welcomed whilst still remaining professional. We really appreciated this.

There was very loud banging from about midnight to 2am. It sounded like furniture being moved around in the rooms above or near us, with banging doors. I did not have a great night's sleep because of it, and this was frustrating because I had a busy day of important meetings and a long drive ahead.

Spacious twin double room with AC. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food and enjoyable live music entertainment that was actually at a decent volume to still enjoy conversation. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Rooms, and entire hotel, was extremely warm. In rooms and bathroom the radiators were on full blast... needed to turn them off, open windows, and turn on the AC to get room down to a comfortable temperature... a very small niggle that was easily fixed.

The warm welcome and the excellent and personalized service of the staff were top-notch. The quality of the food was also of a very high standard. The surrounding grounds add to the comfortable environment, adding to a pleasant stay.

The only thing was the first room was too close to the restaurant, hence we could hear the taped music from there. We were able to move to a much quieter room, which was much better. It was cozy and tastefully furnished, however, it was rather dark overall, and therefore not ideal for working on the computer. Also late checkin was not possible, (after 10:00 pm) our flight was delayed, considerably, hence we had to book an airport hotel, and forfeit the first night at Tullyglass. This was not ideal. Most hotels - of this size and category offer 24 hour check-in.

Our bedroom with large & very comfortable. All areas were very clean. The refurbished areas were beautiful. The breakfast had great choices, & all very tasty. Our evening meal was very good.

The diningroom & bar area were too cold for comfort.

Phillipa on reception made our stay incredible. I'll keep this short and sweet by saying we stay travel a lot for work and stay in various hotels week-in, week-out. Therefore, it takes a lot for a hotel to really impress me and this place blew me away. The rooms, the food, and the level of service we experienced were second to none. Absolutely top notch.

From when I pulled up in the car park the Hotel looks stunning. Patricia who checked us in was Fantastic and she couldn't do enough for us during our stay. I had a family room which was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Dinner and Breakfast were to a very high standard and the staff again were excellent though out the hotel.
