Close to the airport if travelling by car. Warm room. Good food in the restaurant.

The room I had was up several flights of stairs with no lift. I had a big case to carry.

The location was fantastic as we had gone up to a concert for the night. Actually speaking of that, the concert we had gone to was at Boucher Playing fields and we discovered that there is a real issue with trying to get to that for an event. It might be a good idea if ye could look at offering accommodation and a shuttle bus service to these events as a potential boost to your business? We would have happily paid more for such a service as we struggled to get a taxi from the city centre and it was £40 one way when we could find one.

There was nothing in particular the only thing is we stayed in room 2 and there was evidence of a leak at the ceiling over the tv, and possibly damp mould but other than that the room was a perfect size and the bathroom lovely and large also.

Very smooth check in with no issues. Just me staying in the hotel but inadvertently booked a triple room. V comfortable room. I stayed Sat and Sunday night. Could hear some music from the pub on the Sat night but nothing after 12. Sunday night was as quiet as a wee mouse. The staff were lovely especially reception and breakfast staff. The breakfast was to order ( no buffet) and I ordered a very lovely Ulster Fry.

The room was spotless, food was amazing and all the staff where lovely. Our check in time wasn't until 4pm but the staff let us check in at 1pm as we were going to see bruce springsteen. The bar was open all night so we were able to get some refreshments after the concert. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when staying in Belfast.

N/A everything was great.

Food overall was excellent, the only negative is that a proper cooked breakfast does not start until 9 am, not great if you have an early meeting, however there is a pre 9 continental option.

Just breakfast timing, and strangely no glasses in the room just mugs, not great for brushing teeth and taking tablets etc.

Staff at the Ballymac hotel were very welcoming, professional, and caring. From check-in to departure, staff provided a superb service. Great food, and they went the extra to make my stay a comfortable and delightful experience. I will stay here again. Good location, only 20-30 minute drive to Belfast Titanic, and if interested in walking, it's only a short drive to walk Black Mountain with fab views over Belfast

The food was amazing, staff very very helpful, they gave advice on what to eat for dinner, best walks in the area, best bars for live music and food in Belfast. I forgot my charger and the night porter found one and brought it to me.

I like a dark room to sleep ( I always have an eye mask) unfortunately there was only blinds in the room, would've appreciated curtains to help block day light.

Very friendly staff who made every effort to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Well-maintained hotel and grounds with clean, spacious rooms and large walk-in showers. Very good food with generous portions. Easy parking and conveniently located for the international airport, Belfast and Lisburn.

Wi-Fi was intermittent.

Did not get to experience as had to leave early, but the main breakfast doesn't start early enough it is the main contentional

The room was a little noisy due to a party going on beside the room (but this may be not be the case all the time)

We were very looked after at this hotel. The staff are lovely and the place was immaculate. We had arrived 1 hour before check in time and although they were very busy they made sure we were seen to and organised our room. Very beautiful hotel would return😊

The only issue was the location of the hotel was right out the way of everything.
