The B&B was everything I needed, to allow me to visit a very old friend living nearby. All I needed was an overnight rest house to get some sleep, which the Tree House B&B provided perfectly and economically. The room was large and comfortable, with a nice bright outlook over a large forrest across the main road. The breakfast I chose was very basic, because my friend would provide other meals through the day. I was offered, a full breakfast, but refused as I would be too full to consume my friends meals.

The Traffic noise was very loud, unfortunately, but it was only during daylight hours. Overnight it was reasonably quiet and not noticed.

Gail was the most amazing host I ever have The place is comfortable and the breakfast make for her at the moment We got excellent time and experience we will back again Close is a lake with good view

Great B & B with a large comfortable room. The host was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty. Very handy for the ferry at Larne.

We were at the front of the house and the road was quite noisy if you are a light sleeper I would request one of the rooms to the rear.

Gail made us feel welcomed the room was a lovely size .the beds where comfortable .the breakfast was nice with plenty of choice .value for money my daughter and myself booked for a wedding we attended in ballymena we would book the tree house again in the near future we traveled from England .

The shower was not warm enough maybe needs looking at .with water temperature

From walking in the owner was brilliant warm and friendly. The room was great n the beds were comfortable so good night sleep had by us both. Breakfast was lovely with alot to choose from n was great start to a long day ahead Thank u

There was nothing to dislike we went out all day sat so was just at b&b to sleep n relax which we both did

Gail was terrific. She bumped us up to a nicer room at no additional charge, which we really appreciated. We arrived much earlier than we expected, so we suspect it was a bit more of a challenge to have our room ready "on the fly," as it were. Very friendly and accommodating.

The water for the shower didn't quite go all the way to what we would consider "hot"

Key for room and front door. Coffee, tea, milk, sugar and biscuits in good supply in room. Complimentary soap, shampoo, shower gel available. Plenty of storage/hanging space. Double bed very comfy, 4 pillows also very comfy. Hairdryer in room. Plenty of plugs to charge phone etc, free WiFi. En suite & use of private bathroom. Breakfast available (not required). Plenty of parking space. Very clean. Would definitely rebook. TV & Games available. Shared lounge also available.

The owner was really friendly and checked in daily to see if everything was ok. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a huge bathroom and walk in closet to hang clothes. The breakfast in the morning was good quality. The location for work was ideal.

Hostess was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and everything you’d want. Room and bathroom were clean.

The duvet cover was made from the faux fur which is quite unusual for the guest house and frankly raised some concerns that they were washed after each customer. Wifi didn’t work.

Gail is a lovely and kind person! So accomodating. Correspondance before arrival was excellent. Room was very comfortable, clean and quite. Delicious breakfast next day. Faaar above our expectation. Town is beautifull too and great location. Our stay was a pleasure
