Lovely hotel, nice big room with super comfy beds and pillows. Spotless clean and great shower too. Friendly helpful staff on reception and nice bar with good choice of drinks and food in the bar was delicious too. Great breakfast on both mornings too. Great free spacious car parking area both in front and behind this hotel which is super. Hotel is also in a good location close by to everything else Armagh has to offer. First time staying at Armagh City Hotel as I was using it as a base while I was travelling further up north to see The Open Championship 2025 at Royal Portrush Golf Links. The girl on reception when I was checking out was really nice and very friendly especially, I forgot to ask for her name silly me? Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back for another visit in the future as I had a lovely relaxing 2 night stay so thank you guys.

I liked everything about this hotel.

The City Hotel didnt disapoint, room was spacious clean and very comfortable, our room had a big shower, i do like a bath myself but we had just a shower (dont know about other rooms) Breakfast every morning was fantastic with great service, we had dinner im both the Friary Resturaunt, and the Callan lounge food was amazing, and we enjoyed live music in the Callan Lounge on 2 nights, really enjoyed my stay. And just a 5 min walk to the centre of the town ( Armagh is really a town NOT a City at all) City status on given because it has 2 Cathedrals both of which are beautiful and worth a visit.

My mum and I stayed in separate rooms she had a massive room she loved, and myself and the kids were upgraded from our original room to a beautiful suite. It was absolutely amazing. The rooms, the food, and the staff are exactly why generations of our family return here every year. A special mention to Russell, the duty manager his name is well worth mentioning. He was a credit to the hotel: kind, helpful, and brilliant with the kids. He helped us move rooms and went out of his way to make the stay extra special for the children he was amazing. We were all blown away by the breakfast selection too so much choice, and everything was delicious. Bottom line: the food was outstanding even the kids cleared their plates, which says it all! The selection of food and drink throughout was brilliant. And the leisure facilities, like the pool and gym, are absolutely class. We’ll definitely be back again in a few weeks and can’t wait.

Everything about our stay was excellent Lovely hotel We ate dinner in hotel bar & food was great , excellent servive,friendly & efficient staff & good value for good food. Bedrooms are nice size & nicely decorated, lovely roomy shower & good quality toiletries complimentary bottled water a nice touch & the lovely biscuits!!!!Very comfy bed & breakfast choices very good.Everything very clean.Our King room was at front of hotel & noise from main road early morn was only downside of our stay but would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Lovely spacious hotel. Rooms very clean & modern. Great choice of the bar or restaurant for food. The outdoor bar area is very spacious & beautiful on a warm day. The view is beautiful. Lobby is a lovely place to just sit & have a coffee & scone & watch the world go by. Breakfast had a great variety from continental to full fry up & plenty of it. Staff were all very helpful & welcoming. Will definitely return.

There was an event going on the night we stayed called the Ulster Young Farmers association. The attendees were very boisterous & loud. It wouldn’t put me off returning as that was just a 1 day event.

We stayed here for a single night when attending a local event and were very impressed. Our room was upgraded to one that, while about the same size as standard room, gave us a more comfortable seating area. The spotless room was very well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a large en suite shower room, TV and very comfortable bed. The free wifi was very easy to connect to and provided plenty of bandwidth. While very busy (there were multiple events taking place that weekend) , we were able to get an early dinner in the main bar area, where service was fast and efficient and the food excellent. The included breakfast was largely self-service and, while a few items such as the yoghurt were restricted in choice, the cooked options really set you up for the day.

While we did find a space, the carpark was very full due to many people attending a nearby football match making use of the hotel's free parking.

Staff were incredibly helpfull and friendly organised chocs and card for my friends 40th bday prior to arriving, we had a bday card chocolate covered strawberries and shortbread it the room was lovely,the lady in the leisure center was fabulous so warm and friendly and the regulars in the leisure center sung her praises as we spoke to them in the sauna and jacuzzi, she obviously is very well thought of which was nice to see. Bedrooms lovely clean and comfortable, hotel is handy to shops and coffee shops, really enjoyable stay, restaurant staff helpfull and friendly also couldnt do enough for us really happy.

We stayed overnight in the hotel as we were attending the NI Takeaway Awards. From arrival at reception until check out the hotel exceeded everything we could have wanted for our stay. Reception staff very pleasant and welcoming. Our room was absolutely fantastic, clean, spacious, fantastic bathroom and very comfortable bed. The food we received on the Monday evening was delicious, arrived hot and the serving staff were very polite and professional. Breakfast again everything you needed for breakfast . Spa facilities and treatments again very happy with Would definitely stay again and will certainly recommend to friends and family Great parking

Bedroom very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom also spacious and shower was lovely, good temperature range. Check-in and check-out were very speedy! Outdoor parking was handy and location easy to find.

The breakfast buffet was warm but food not hot, and could do with more vegetarian-friendly options. Though the fry up had plenty to choose from, more non-greasy foods would be very welcomed. Television in room didn't connect to the streaming apps (e.g., Prime Video, Netflix) which was a shame.
