I came here for nostalgia after regular visiting here with my Grandparents in the late 1970’s and early 80’s. I was so pleased to see it still trading and using the same name. Great location, great price, new owners making real effort and investment into the place. Great people and very helpful. I’ll definitely be back again.
Very minor indeed but the shower was almost impossible to get into and out of, due to the placement of its folding door and the towels were threadbare. Literally nothing that £10 down Dunelm Mill Shop wouldn’t sort out. For the cost of the room, and the friendliness of the hosts and food …there are no complaints at all.

A warm welcome from the hosts and good chat was had. Felt very homely and safe.. seemed that nothing would have been too much trouble. A nice comfy bed with fresh linen and lovely clean bathroom and toilet. Breakfast was best I’ve had in Blackpool with addition of cold juices fruit and cereal. Vicky seen me to the door as I was leaving which was a lovely polite gesture! Thank you, and will see you again, cheers!
That I hadn’t found this b&b years ago.. and that it was only a flying visit!

The property really was cosy, a stones throw from the promenade and a great location between central and south pier. The rooms were simple but clean, a decent size for one person with enough space, with a comfy bed, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was 10/10! Huge cooked breakfast and also had crossaints available with lots of juice and tea and coffee. And Roy and Vicky were just so lovely, really down to earth and easy to chat to. They have a very sweet dog called Pixie who came for belly scratches :). There is free parking on the road and I managed to nab the last space opposite when we arrived, otherwise there is paid parking nearby. We stayed for one night, couldn’t fault anything, would stay again! Thank you Cosy Nook!

Excellent value for money. The hotel (b and b) is thoroughly recommended. The breakfast was great, and the hosts were very friendly. Infact the whole of Blackpool was friendly and down to earth and the B n B added to that. The young 😉 😍 lady owner made me welcome and was an interesting person to listen too. It was nice to see a business try to add value for families by offering sweets and drinks etc and to go above and beyond some of the boring, dated and dry looking bed and breakfasts in the street. If all businesss took this business approach we would all be high on a happy vibe and feel positive on bad days. We shouldn't knock intiative but encourage it. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The street was safe and was well kept and clean.
My only negative was there was no stool and dressing table. Not for my make up but for my laptop and writing. Although this would make the room smaller. Not really a complaint. An observation.

Friendly staff cute dog good breakfast to start the day, I needed to check in at a slightly earlier time due to the funeral I was attending I rang to explain and they were very accommodating
I booked in haste due to having to go to a funeral and didn't read fully, shared toilet and shared shower room, but fortunately for me I had my floor to myself so no bathroom dodging

The property is a traditional boarding house that is being upgraded by the current owners. The room we had was clean and comfortable with a nice on suite shower room. We were welcomed by the owners and quickly made at home. In the evening we could watch tv in the lounge/ dining room whist enjoying a drink from the excellently priced bar. Breakfast was a full English that really set you up for the day. The property also welcomes dogs at no extra charge. Don’t get me wrong this is not a boutique hotel it is a no pretentious good value boarding house with wonderful friend,y owners. The property is handy for all Blackpool South and Central amenities including the Pleasure Beach and the Football ground.
There is little to find fault with. To be picky there is no parking at the property but there is a lot of reasonably priced parking locally.

All aspects of the b and b were brilliant from beginning to end. Vicky and her husband were absolutely lovely and Coco the dog was a wee darling! Room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable, we slept so well every night. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Vicky went above and beyond a few times for us and I really appreciated it.

the B&B was in the quieter part just off of the promenade with close by amenities for eating out and close buy to the trams for farther distance excursions. Roy and Vicki were very welcoming with conversation and advice as well as providing a well made and filling breakfast. though I am not a fan of dogs I did find theirs easy to be around and willing to give them a pet or cuddle when they were close enough. my room provided me with what I needed and the bed was comfortable.
not that they matter much to me but the view from my room was a building and the shaver socket didn't work. as is with all old buildings the floors creaked which made me worry if I was waking anyone up after coming back from an excursion late at night
