Six of us had a great stay at Devon Guest House. Doug was the perfect host making us feel very welcome and he ensured we were all comfortable in our rooms and had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious with plenty of toast and coffee available. It was a great location for us between the tower and the South Pier and we enjoyed the stroll along the front to the Winter Gardens. The house was very clean and we all agreed it was a perfect find. We would all definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Location was great to get yourself around Blackpool for what we needed, the breakfast we had was amazing and Doug the owner even went out of his way to get me some fresh orange as he hadn't any in the hotel.

everything that we needed was there, if i was to pick anything it would probably be a bigger tv in the room but that's just been picky.

Clean and compact guest house, at a great price with parking close bye. Just a few seconds to the promenade. We were out most of our stay, so didn’t need a big hotel with lots of facilities. Our room was compact, but had tea and coffee facilities and bottled water. It had all we needed and the bed was very very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, my hubby delighted he had double ash browns. Douglas was a one man band, but a great host and made us very welcome. We will Most definitely go back again.

Outside area very small, but if your out most of your trip… it doesn’t matter.

Douglas was very accommodating with us the minute we walked in. He was on hand if we needed anything and offered advice on where to park close to his hotel. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast service was excellent. Will be recommending to friends and family and stay again when in the area.

Doug was the perfect host, very attentive and friendly nothing was too much trouble. comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. definitely our go to Hotel when we stay in Blackpool now. Parking at Lytham Rd carpark was £10 for 24hr just a short 5min walk from the hotel although there were similar carparks nearby.

Douglas the host was very friendly and he even gave us an upgrade to one of our rooms. Super king size bed, great night's sleep.

Not really a dislike, but brekkie was lush, could of just ate more, and personal preference i love a bit of black pudding and fried mushrooms on a full english.

We had a pleasant stay at the Devon guest house. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the place was kept very clean. Douglas was kind and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also lovely, fresh and nicely prepared. Thank you!

The room was lovely and clean, it was decorated in a modern fashion, the B&B was a nice lay out and very homely.

I booked B&B through Booking.com, however we were told on arrival that the booking did not include breakfast. I dont believe this was the fault of the host but it needs to be rectified when using booking.com.

A warm welcome on arrival. Douglas as very friendly and accommodating for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, clean and warm. Shower was spot on, good pressure and temperature. Good breakfast choice and plentiful. Car parking not the best on the street but NCP car park close by.

This is probably the cleanest guest house I’ve stayed in during my visits to Blackpool. Douglas couldn’t do anything more for us everything we needed he provided. The room was spotless and also a good size the bed is comfy. The breakfast was excellent sausage and bacon was top class. Douglas was a very helpful person made u feel welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. We will definitely be going back
