We stayed in apartment 14 top floor. It was slightly expensive obviously due to holiday season but I spent 6 hours on the internet searching for the nicest look with a decent price. I genuinely think I made the best choice. Owners are absolutely lovely with a great sence off humour and cant do enough to help. The whole place was so welcoming. Bedroom. had a huge tele which was awsome and really comfy bed with a decent fan. Kitchen. Was what sold it for me very modern and cosy. Loved it and recently decorated. Had everything you need. Bathroom. Again awsome shower great with a deep standing bath. Looked beautiful. 100% ll1 q q 9

5☆ accommodation just what we wanted and love the roll-top bath in the living space. Complimentary toiletries (& dressing gowns & slippers which we didn't use) are included as was a carton of milk which unfortunately we could not drink as we are plantbased dairy only. But this place was ideal for our needs and a good size accommodation so not just a tiny room but the equivalent of 2 rooms so ideal for longer stays. The fridge, dining table & armchair were great additions too. Sam & Bob are lovely people, very helpful & friendly. Everything was perfect thanx guys 😉👌🏼

The only issues we found was intermittent WiFi which is now in the process of being sorted and parking - there were no spaces in this road to park but we were able to park in Lytham Road for upto 60 mins to load/unload. Luckily I knew somewhere across town to park during our stay and to get the tram back to the hotel etc. This is not me complaining I only mention this to help other future guests because this Hotel is a beautiful comfortable and clean place run by very lovely people I most definitely do recommend this hotel and hosts 🙏🏼

Great location just off the prom. Sam and Bob were lovely hosts. The deluxe double (room 6) is a lovely spacious room with a sea view from the bay window. It has a seating/dining area and a large double bed. Room included a fridge that was stocked with bottled water, fresh orange juice and a carton of semi skimmed milk. Tea, coffee and biscuits were also on the tray. Plates and cutlery were also provided if you wanted to bring food to your room. A fan was provided as well which was very welcome in the hot weather. It was very quiet which is always a bonus. As a regular visitor to Blackpool, I have a handful of favourite hotels to stay at, The Oxfordshire will certainly be in my top 3.

The mattress was way too firm for me but that is just a personal preference. Parking was a nightmare with it being the airshow but there wasn't anything that would put me off staying here again.

Bob and Sam were exceptional hosts from the greeting and accomodating all our requests. We were surprised to have a mini fridge in the room and have it stocked with orange juice, fresh milk and bottled water. Sam even showed us two rooms and gave us a choice of the one we wanted. The shower was outstanding. Although breakfast was not available, there were two great cafes nearby which provided excellent breakfasts

Not a dislike, but we would have liked a communal lounge area to meet friends who were also staying there.

The very generous owner let us check in 3 hours early, made us feel very welcome and like nothing was too much trouble. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Very convenient to have a fridge in the room and bath robes were provided which was an unexpected bonus.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and I woke up with back pain both nights. Having said this I do suffer with my back and have a special mattress topper at home to combat this, so it might just be me!

Nice hotel with absolute stellar service from arrival until leaving. Thank you Sam and Bob for our 2nd stay and will be back again soon!

Out of their busy hotel schedule...a grand tour of blackpool would have been nice!!! 😁😊😉 I am only kidding!!! 5 star from start to finish....very clean and a very professional run hotel. We are talking blackpool people! 😉 Again Sam and Bob are a credit to anyone's stay in Blackpool. Thank you!

The location was perfect. Close to the South Pier, Pleasure Beach, Velvet Coaster and St. Chad's Road tram stop, meaning everything was easily accessible for our trip. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the hosts were very friendly. The room comes with a booklet created by the hosts which include restaurant, bar and activity recommendations which was most helpful!

We stayed in room 2 was great has my husband is waiting on a op so no stairs everything was 100% the room was clean and had everything need and a fridge which is great for drinks n milk ect coffee n teas all provided Sam and Bob are lovely very welcoming definitely be returning thankyou for a fantastic stay

We have stayed here on numerous occasions fab little hotel in blackpool, hotel very clean and smells beautiful, beds comfortable, has had some refurbishment since we last visited which has only enhanced the place, Sam the owner very friendly and nothing too much trouble, close to the sea front but far enough not to hear all the noise central location short walk to the Blackpool tower or you can hop on the tram they are around every 15 mins, we couldn't get this hotel last year as no availability so booked another one absolute disaster that was not a patch on this hotel and not much difference in price, definitely look at reviews for the hotel will definitely keep returning to the Oxfordshire

Fantastic apartment with all the facilities and extras you need. Great Location too. Very comfortable and modern. We had the delux double suite ( No 12) it was a really good size. Very clean and modern. Hosts were very friendly. We visit Blackpool quite often this is now going to be our No.1 choice. Would highly recommend. 😍
